Location, location, location. The river view was spectacular - sunrise over the river on the one day the weather was nice - and the cantilevered windows were PERFECT for the cold breeze and listening to the storms during most of my stay. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Red Bank, if you felt like eating off property (the food in the hotel, at Pearl, was excellent - but be prepared for a wait - and wait staff were not particularly good…

They really need to replace the shower heads - the one in my room had a couple of spots where the water came out with such force that it hurt. You’d not consider having it spray directly on your face. I made the joke that it could strip paint off of furniture. :) A TV upgrade to something that supports Air Play or Internet connections for Netflix would be on my list, too!

The front desk gentleman named Junior was extremely courteous and helpful. Our room's AC was not working and we were upgraded to a suite since maintenance would need access to repair it. The suite had a lovely balcony and floor to ceiling windows to take in the amazing views. The restaurant staff and waitress were friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. We sat at table on the patio overlooking the water and enjoyed dinner.

The hotel is beautifully located. The lobby is lovely and the restaurant/bar area is nice. The rooms show some wear - nicks on walls, some furniture, carpets, sofa and TVs could use an update - but honestly everything was clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable with fluffy pillows and clean linens. I would stay again and would recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel is very nice. They are in the middle of doing updates to the rooms and property. We have stayed here many times as we usually do a date night in Red Bank and stay over. It is on the edge of everything, but you walk almost anywhere in 15 minutes or under. Make sure to get a river view. You can catch some great sunrises over the river.

We were in Red Bank to watch Joe Jackson's performance at the Basie. We chose Oyster Point Hotel because it's within walking distance from venue. I was extremely impressed. The staff is friendly. The room we stayed in was ultra clean and the bed was so comfortable. I slept right through the night and woke up refreshed. Planning on returning for a longer stay.

No free breakfast, at least not to my knowledge.

Walkable location in Red Bank. Easy distance from Train and Basie Theater, main st dining.

This was my second stay. Previously I was on river view side which was a vastly superior room.. Other side views highway and bridge. Still spacious and clean but not as good as the unbeatable view on river inlet side.

The view is amazing, even in the colder months. The restaurant had excellent service and the food was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No heat in the bathrooms. The hot water was tricky in the shower, but I figured out how to get it just right. There were an insane amount of pillows on the bed, but none were very comfortable.

The food at the restaurant was amazing! We ate on the patio both nights. The 1st night the room on the far end of the hall was perfect and the 2nd night the (a/c unit above our room on the roof)? made an awful loud noise and the hotel was booked solid so we couldn’t get a different room. Overall, it was beautiful and convenient!

The bed was super comfortable and the view lovely. We had a good night's sleep and were off to an early start.

I could no connect to the wifi in the room. The thin walls became evident when the room next door returned late in the night and continued their revelry, luckily not for too long.

Everything was very satisfactory. Room, food, staff. The only problem was the parking. we were worried every night when we came home, that we wouldn't find a place. my husband is 92 and there were only 2 handicap spaces.

Great location, absolutely beautiful hotel. Natalie is a truly exceptional bar person who made the best expresso martinis ever!
