I love the curtains but they do not cover the windows entirely. Due to the set up of the complex, there is foot traffic past the rooms.

Terrible smoke odor even in the non-smoking room. Why planning to alternate non-smoking rooms with smoking rooms right next to each? Usually, these are designated areas. The smoke (from different smoking sources) is impregnated in the room and not even the industrial spray provided by staff helped with the smell. The room needs change air conditioning filters at minimum and be relocated to a non-smoking only corridor.

The breakfast was kind of boring, no to many variations, it was being good if we have muffins also.

I liked that room was clean and pool was clean staff was very friendly.

I didn't like the only choice for breakfast is pancakes toast and cereal there should be more pastry or eggs and sausage pattys. Pool should stay open until 9pm 8pm is too early

We desperately needed to find a hotel because the place we booked earlier had a major problem with their pool. We quickly decided to make the reservation with Crystal Inn and were especially pleased. The pool was probably the best I was ever in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The area surrounding the hotel is not great however, the price is more than reflective of that issue.

Great price clean pleasant staff.I go to pnc often and this location is only 15 minutes away.Its nice to sit outside in gazebo and enjoy pool! It's a great getaway too just to come and relax.close to many areas.i recommend to all!

Checking in was a breeze.I believe the front guest staff was named Tatianna. She was very sweet. The pool was fun. The kids and I had a blast.

The landscaping and the pool were great.

We were on the first floor, and the folks above us made a lot of noise because of the creaky floor - not their fault.
