The location for us was perfect! Beach across the street, huge pool and beautiful river views. The small restaurant /bar on site was perfect, FREE coffee in the AM and water available by the pool. Extremely friendly staff. We arrived a few hours before check-in as we were able to use the facilities and the beach across the street and we're lucky enough to find out our room was already. In addition the day we checked out, we were also welcome to stay and use the facilities.

Simple fixes for the room: more hangers : there were only 2. More hooks for towels : suits and long mirror could be mounted inside closet door not bathroom Finally, we only had one channel for TV: wonky internet.

the ocean side bldg is where you need to stay. its all new and the room are really nice and clean

the river side bldg has old room and needs complete renovation. however Sam, the receptionist, was really nice and got us another in the new bldg for little extra charge.

Very modern, clean rooms. Great location. Staff always friendly and trying their best. The bar associated with the hotel also good.

Housekeeping could have been a given - instead, it was only on demand, and cleaning staff were a bit under equipped (e.g., no proper broom and dustpan for a sandy location). Also, the pool could have been a bit cleaner.

Perfect location for enjoying surrounding towns at Shore! Pool was incredible and loved on-site Tiki bar/restaurant. Seating around pool and on deck by river was plentiful and comfy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to whatever was needed. Daily room service is provided IF you tell front desk what you need before 11 am (garbage, towels, linens changed); otherwise, they leave you alone. Guests were friendly and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere surrounded us for our whole stay. Our room with a view was comfy, clean, and perfect for our stay. Can’t wait to return!

Perhaps the Continental Breakfast should be re-labeled as there wasn’t really anything. There was coffee but not much else was offered, so site should say morning coffee is available, but a pre-packaged muffin or an apple is misleading as even these items were inconsistently offered.

We passed this place and went to the Tiki Bar on the property many times. It seemed they were building the hotel for over 4 years. The location is perfect. The building design and room size are outstanding. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We would absolutely recommend and return.

The place is beautiful…. But I would bet whoever designed this hotel is greatly disappointed in the workmanship and final product. Very shoddy work. The place is brand new. Doors are draftie, light passes through the edges. Unlevel cabinets. Poor cuts in the flooring.Chalking in various spots looks like a child did it. My guess a very low bid contractor was giving this project.

I love everything near to the water pool open to 9 pm which i appreciate it so much then just seat there in front of the peaceful water is heavenly the calm the quiet I only regreat I have to check out 😭 I don’t want to leave yet

The restroom smell nasty and the zinc is like for childrens so low 🤣 but I firgive bc the water make me feel so good into my soul so no complain thank you so much ❤️

Great location, great pool, and nicely decorated rooms and common areas. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Was a bit too expensive for such a basic room - it more or less felt like a room you would get a nice roadside motel. Looked like they might have nicer rooms in the newer part of the hotel, but the room we got was in the older building I guess. The bathroom was a bit old feeling and lacked some functionality like tower bars and/or hooks to hang wet towels and a shelf or counter to put toiletries.

Love the River view….comfy, clean room…beautiful pool and yummy tiki bar! Staff is so accommodating and kind! Location is ideal for us. Has started to feel like home away from home…can’t wait to go again!

Even though breakfast is continental, it could include a few more options beyond cellophane-wrapped muffin. I bring breakfast sandwiches to microwave or bagels, cereal since there isn’t much beyond coffee/tea in the morning.

The rooms were spacious and the beds very good. The view just stunning facing the ocean!

We really liked it, specifically the location between ocean and river. But for the price one would not expect plastic chairs around the pool and a little filthy shower curtain. But those are the only points.

Location was in a residential area and not easy if you don’t have a car…nothing is walkable from the property. A plus was the friendliness of the hotel staff…the front desk people were good and efficient and very willing to help.

No room phones to contact the front desk. Parking was a challenge and the amenities are not like a Hilton or Marriott. The building was not well built.
