The room and balcony were beautiful and clean, we enjoyed the ocean view. The pool is crystal clear and is heated comfortable water temperature. friendly staff, willing to please! Thank you!!

Our room is supposed to be able to accommodate up to 6 adults; we were 4, and the balcony only had 2 chairs. When we looked at the other balconies next to us, we saw they had 2 chairs and a bench. We asked the front desk if we could get another 2 chairs, they said they will give it over to the manager, but the chairs never came. We would've asked again for it, but we only came for a day, so it didn't pay to worry about it. We needed the chairs for when we sat at night and in the morning with our coffee.

Location is amazing, staff is friendly and generally everything is just very convenient

Personally I am very sensitive to AC and can't tolerate very cold temperatures indoors (I realize others have different preferences for this), however even after switching the AC off completely and having the balcony door open while we were in the room (except for sleeping), the room was still very cold despite being high 80s / low 90s outside. Fortunately the bedding was sufficient enough so sleeping wasn't an issue.

Terrific location with ocean view. Early morning sunrise a plus.

Check in was delayed by group arriving without reservation. The very patient and professional staff had to unfortunately waste a lot of time negotiating, back and forth, with a large family wanting an ocean view room they were not willing to pay for, nor did they review or reserve in advance. This is not an inexpensive stay. Perhaps an automatic check in kiosk would be helpful for those who have reserved well in advance. The restaurant and breakfast cafe were closed for several weekdays, including ours. This could be improved.

Right on the beach, provides beach amenities such as towels, chairs, and umbrellas already set up for you.

The terrace has wide spaces in the glass that I found unsafe for the children. And loud music from the club that can be heard over my noise machine for my baby until midnight.

Some rooms have only partial sea view / view on the city, but it is not explicitly mentioned in the description of rooms. During summer month the price for a room can be very high.

We love the size and location of this hotel. We had a spacious beachfront balcony room which was such a treat! You can walk everywhere, there are delicious restaurants and nice shops right out the front door, not to mention the ocean at your feet. We ate well at the restaurant and coffee shop on the ground floor, played pool with our kids, walked by the ocean and rested in the most comfortable bed. Our room was gorgeous with floor to ceiling view of the ocean and the promenade. And on top of everything else, the entire hotel looks and smells amazing. I later found out you can buy a candle with the signature scent. 10/10

There is nothing at this hotel that I didn't like. The staff was kind and helpful and the entire experience was laid back, restful and a dream.

We love the Wave Resort, it's our go to for a quick overnight getaway from NYC. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished; the location is directly across from the beach and there are tons of restaurants and shops right out the door. There is also a restaurant and coffee shop on the premises if you want to just nestle in. Love this hotel!

I don't feel there's anything that could be better with this hotel. It's perfect to me!

Starbucks is convenient, except they should have more options like a regular starbucks has. Also, dinner was delicious at the Milos restaurant and because we had a little issue with the temperature in our room, the hotel gave us a meal for 4 complimentary. That was above and beyond what we expected. That was excellent service by the hotel manager, Charlese.

I think the rooms are nice but they are a little pricey. I guess you have to book way in advance to get a better rate but I love the pool and I really like that you get complimentary chairs for being a guess. The parking is convenient but if you stay at the hotel they should give you a more discounted rate.

Location, beach front, star bucks on property. Very modern style and great pool and pool scene. I loved the restaurants close by and the restaurants onsite.

I feel like they are cheap or over priced where they shouldnt be for a $800.00 plus a night hotel. Example. toliet paper was the cheapest type you would expect to find at a sporting event...Really? Pillows were not quality and comfortable. Again this price range I'm expected at least Ritz Carlton level of bed/pillow/blanket comfort. Again a miss here. Finally a very unpolished less than professional front desk staff and obvious asbense of an onsite manager. Again for this price point guys seroisuly get some qualified staff and stop being cheap! Or reduce your prices! Finally $55.00 a night for valet and $80.00 a night in the self park garage....Are you serious? Did you forget this is Long Branch and not Madison Ave?

The property was clean and upscale in appearance. The lobby area also smelled great. The security feature in the building was a definitely a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly especially Alex.

You have to pay too much for parking and to use a microwave in your room.
