The location was great, the staff were extremely nice and the the hotel public areas were cool and trendy. The coffee at the front cafe was great and better than some of the restaurants we went to. The bathroom in our room was really nice.

The room was very small and cramped. The floor was white and grey tile and showed every scuff, scratch and embedded dirt so it did not appear very clean even if it was. When we opened the closet, the tiles were visibly darker in color as if they had not been cleaned as well as the room. They should change the flooring and have larger rooms. Also, the lobby was really nice and comfortable, but upon sitting on some of the chairs I noticed stains and spots which made it feel grungy.

The resort is a great vibe! It's clean, hip & has everything you need onsite. We hung out by the pool, got drinks at the bar, enjoyed music in the lobby, grabbed coffee & a snack, and attended an even at the Asbury Lanes as well as shopped at the Clinch Gallery. The quad room was really fun and very comfortable for 4 friends traveling together. The staff always make you feel like you're a VIP! The location is amazing and we didn't even have time to make it to the rooftop (next trip). It's definitely a 5-star experience and I will be back for sure!

Loved the relaxed feel and style of the lounge. There was live music at night, comfortable couches, a pool table… it was just a nice place to sit and hang out.

I didn’t like how the cafe was super expensive and then they added a 20% tip to the total on top of it. Tips should be given based on service, otherwise it takes away the incentive for a server to do better. Also, 20% tips are for employees that get paid a servers wage. People who work at the cafe don’t bring you your food, clean you mess, or check on you like a typical server does so why are we made to tip 20%? It’s not a huge deal, we just wouldn’t use the cafe again. Still annoying. Tipping culture is a bit too much at the moment.

Great vibe, great location — staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We shared a room with four bunk beds, which was really fun. The pool was great as was the cafe in reception

We have a minor issue with the room that took longer to fix than it should have done, but the staff were helpful. It was a minor negative. Can happen anywhere

The staff was really nice the room was cozy and shower had good pressure. The location was perfect just a few steps from board walk and the beach.

The floor was a bit messed up some bubbles in the tile and looked very scuffed. I was happy I brought my slippers. The parking was 55 a day for valet or self park with an app. I don’t remember reading about that on the site.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect - an easy one block walk to the beach and boardwalk. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the park. The staff was FANTASIC - very helpful and friendly and they conveyed a real love and knowledge of Asbury Park. The hotel is very pet friendly and we so appreciated being able to bring our fur family. Swimming in the PERFECTLY heated outdoor pool on Christmas morning was magical. Warming up afterward near the firepits in the hotel provided robes made the experience even nicer. We'll definitely be back!

Nothing - everything was great!

We enjoyed the location and the hotel itself. Room was a bit small seemingly but sufficient. The large bathroom was nice and we also enjoyed eating breakfast in the lobby after checking out. Staff was always present and receptive while courteous.

A room with a view would've been better but certainly not a deal breaker. We did not have enough towels really and I did not want to take them from the pool area constantly. Perhaps 2 sets per room should be the new approach. We were also unable to access the rooftop bar despite following staff's easy enough instructions. The door was locked with no clear way to enter (room key did not work).

It’s beautiful there. The rooms are very clean. The staff are excellent. I only wished the pool was open later. Loved seeing all the dogs in the hotel. Always entertainment at night and the rooftop bar is awsome. It’s right around the corner from the Stone Pony music venue and the beach/boardwalk.You have to pay to get on the beach before 5pm though. That felt different😁

The pool wasn’t opened late enough. It’s always heated so would’ve been nice to swim at dark.

Everything was great—location, decor, heated pool, pool bar, lobby cafe, friendly and professional staff!! Musical performances in lobby were an added bonus. Bath products were also great.

Nothing, other than coffee in room would be nice but is for sale in lobby along with great breakfast sandwiches. Record player in room missing its needle so didn’t get to use. Only real downside is that I can only afford this in the off-season!

The location was very central and next to the beach and convention hall. Room was spacious and atmosphere in main lobby area was great.

Our room looked a little jaded. The Venetian blind was broken and the seal on the window blown so outside noise was higher than ideal.
