Not everyone that is handicap is in a wheelchair. Need more handicap accessible bathrooms. Higher toilets and bars to hold on when getting up.

Saw a few roaches within 30 minutes of entering the room. Reported it. Next day my brother saw two. Had to use handicap accessible bathroom.in lobby because I needed to change bed types my brother to be the second guest. Toilets are set to low. Nothing to assist getting up.

the room was very clean, polished bathroom fixtures, shiny tiled floors, very comfortable all around and quiet. I did notice the smell of marijuana, not that it is a bad thing. Odd, every motel i stay at smells of the wild weed.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

Very central as we had things in every direction we wanted to see. Easy to find on main road but still quiet enough. Beds were comfortable and room spacious. Staff were friendly and housekeeping checked in every day.

I feel things could have been cleaned a little better, some things were a little dusty in places. Lighting in bathroom was a bit dim

Room was quiet, as we had requested. Evening manager, when we checked in at 1 AM was very lovely and helpful.

Pool was much smaller than pictured on website. Breakfast ended at 9 AM- too early for holiday weekend! The person who checked us out was surly, never made eye contact or smiled. Did not say a single word!!!It was astonishing!

EVERYTHING!! I stayed there from December 16th-17th. The whole staff was extremely pleasant and hospitable. The lady who worked in the night I checked in was extremely nice and personable I definitely felt at home. I ended up leaving Sunday night and the hotel was very accommodating to my request. On Saturday night I had gotten a call from the hotel and it turns out the lady who was working that night found my credit card and she called me to tell me she found it and to cancel it if I wasn’t able to come back. I have NEVER had someone call me to tell me they found my card, 99% of people would just keep it and spend it, but not her! I’m amazed at how nice and trustworthy the staff is. Thank you guys for everything! PS: the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very quiet. I was very impressed with everything. PSS: the ladies that worked Friday night 12/16 when we checked in around 830/9 should get a raise as well as the lady who was working Saturday night 12/17!!! They are great assets to your hotel!

Convent location. The price is great for the value. The staff is always welcoming.

The rooms could be updated and cleaned more through. Towels can be replaced, most of my towels were stained. I know the towels were clean but it just doesn’t give a good appearance.

Easy travel somewhat clean

Not enough towels, gym was closed don’t know why, pool was close don’t know why, I had mold and Mildew in my shower, warmer blanket not just the thin ones , garbage cans outside were over flowing garbage at entrance in the back, need more employees to help with check in, and barely and food at breakfast waiting for a working to come and refill was awhile wait and orange juice machine was broken

The website stated that there was a swimming pool, but unfortunately the pool was not working at the time. It would have been nice if this had also been stated on the website.

The facility was very clean!! The location was great and the staff was great except for 1 desk person!

One staff member had the personality of a dead squirrel. He was unhelpful, and I could go on. However, it would not deter my family from coming back.

Room was clean and comfortable. No noises from adjoining rooms made for a quiet experience.

The bathtub filled with water while showering. Standing in ankle deep water while taking a shower is uncomfortable
