Stayed here for the week for work. Loved the location, stuff all around, easy access to the parkway and 18. WaWa, right next door, Walmart and the outlets up the road, Target and all other shopping a short drive away. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly. Only thing I would say was internet could have been better and the remote was weird. Other than that, already booked another stay in April for work again. Thanks for a great stay.

Internet could be better, especially since I was there for work.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the included shampoo, conditioner and soap were a nice touch. The included breakfast was delicious.

Our room was directly across from the breakfast room and there was a lot of noise beginning at 7am, well before breakfast was served and when it was supposed to be quiet time. I just wish they would have enforced that.

Breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed it, but was surprised that there were no fruit juices offered. Otherwise, the selection was great. The hotel was easy to access from the highway (and to re-enter the highway when leaving) and the staff were all very friendly.

The air conditioning system was very loud and kept me from getting a good night's sleep. I wanted to turn it off, but it was an exceptionally warm evening outside so was afraid that the room would get too warm. After I had breakfast in the hotel, I had a couple of hours to spare before having to check out so decided to try to catch a small nap in the hopes of recovering some much-needed rest. That was working very well until the housekeeper tried to enter our room to do her cleaning.....that interruption totally destroyed my opportunity for rest....and it was very challenging to keep my energy going the rest of the day.

Property is very good the only I didn’t like is the fact they hold in my credit card 2 times the final amount, but after checkout is clear they refund immediately the amount even they don’t understand why this happened hopefully I have another card available

Clean room, comfy beds, Keurig coffee in the room. Lady at check-in was great. We asked for 1st floor and she accommodated us.

Minimal breakfast. Orange juice was empty. Hardboiled eggs were gone by 9am. No cooked eggs or sausage or bacon. Breakfast doesn't compare to other 3 star hotels.

This is not my first time staying at Holiday inn Express in Neptune New Jersey and it would not be my last. Whenever I come down to Belmar Beach I always stay here Staff is polite and professional. The facility is clean. The continental to breakfast is excellent. Two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾

The rooms are just fine, fairly big. Breakfast is really good for today's time. For us the location was excellent. We didn't use the pool or the exercise room, but they seemed good. Parking and access to the area are very good.

The AC/Heat is a bit noisy and the bathroom needs an upgrade.

I love the remodeled hotel it’s a 5 star to me I love a smaller hotel when traveling and the front desk people was very inviting I enjoyed my stay I will definitely return and refer people to this hotel

Fix the phones in the rooms minds in 417 didn’t work at all

The hotel appeared to be recently renovated and the rooms were clean and new

Reception desk could not find my reservation even after presenting the confirmation number. After about 45 minutes I had to book the room from scratch. The hotel and booking.com apparently do not have accurate communication

We liked everything about the property even the complimentary breakfast! Staff is very courteous and friendly. Hotel is very clean! We didn’t use the indoor pool, however it was very clean. Will stay again!
