We stayed in a penthouse room. The recent renovation was nice. I liked the floor not being carpeted. The pull out bed was good, and all the beds were comfy, except the king bed left side had a dip in the edge of the mattress. I'm guessing it was new and still needed to be fully filled out. Breakfast food was fine, but logistically it could use some attention.

Because of the renovations, the parking lot lost many spaces, and had a lot of construction debris on the ground. I did not use the open spots near our room because I didn't want to park or walk on broken glass. I assume this inconvenience will not be around for long, and will get cleaned up. We loved the staff , they were extremly helpful , the room was extremly large and had a full kitchen , the children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast . Although they are doing major renovations it was still quiet and kept clean ‘ the ac worked super well and kept the rooms Nice and cold ! Everything was fantastic , I am a 100 percent disabled usmc veteran and traveling with my family they welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed ! Would stay here over and over again ! Thank your Mr Patel for your amazing staff and hotel managment .

Decent all around. Gym, free breakfast, pool, white sheets and blanket. Kitchen had the basic things needed to cook such as utensils and pots & pans. Very nice and modern. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good amount of lighting at night. Pool was perfect for kids 3-5 feet deep.

I would like to see more lighting near some of the parking areas. And Floors should be mopped better in the rooms.

Breakfast was great. Nice selection every morning. Good setup for this area. The hotel has a good setup for the space. All outside entrances. Easy location.

The door didn't lock. The pool wasn't operational. Fireplaces where a bit scary. Room not as advertised. Smoke free campus......Smokers and pot heads living at the hotel, next rooms over and have to pass them every time you go in and out.

I like the location which it is near the beach.

The bathroom which was recently renovated but: 1. Bathroom door opens with difficulty as it is blocked by the toilet 2. Faucets are leaking water 3. Other customers making noise after 11pm. (Noise till 3am)

The room was nice and big for a handicap person

To for the walk to the office for me I didn’t have heat for two nights and it was cold.for $518. That was too much.then when I got there to check in I had to pay another $200. Dollars more.my room didn’t have no pots and pans,coffee maker,2 sets of towels for 4 days.my room was on the back side were it was dark for a senior citizen . The next time I come back I will stay somewhere else.

I liked everything. I stayed at a place in Tinton falls the night before here with a better review that wasn’t as half nice as this. I seriously cant believe some of the bad reviews. Place was clean and so spacious. Pool looked clean.Breakfast fabulous. Staff especially front desk very friendly. I come down from RI once a summer to this area. I will positively stay here again ( Thus is my second time here)Full refrigerator and stove. Loved it!!!

It’s really a sign of the area. I wish it was a little cheaper on Friday and Saturday but speaks more for this area than this hotel

Suite was comfortable, clean , staff was very friendly and helpful when needed 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends and family

Plenty of wash cloths but only one bath towel btwn 2 bathrooms. Although the staff was very helpful and gave me more towels when asked it would’ve been nice to have more than one bath towel in a penthouse suite that has 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 ppl without having to go to the office to ask for more. Besides that The tv in the upstairs bedroom was broken but there were 2 other tvs in the suite that work perfectly so it wasn’t a big issue

The size of the room was very nice for a longer stay. The breakfast was lovely. I like how every room opens directly to the outside.

The staff wasn’t terribly friendly. Even when I took the sign off the door no one came to tidy the room.

Nice little kitchen for cooking, great fridge/freezer to use. Icemaker in freezer 👍. A/C worked fantastic, beds were comfy. Suite was easily accessible from (free) parking lot. Great breakfast buffet selections, pleasantly surprised. Very hot water & nice flow for showers!

Pool was not open. 90 degree weather & our family would have enjoyed a refreshing dip, in between things planned. It was written (multiple times) when booking suite -5 in party. Pull out bed was not made, BUT more importantly, no sheets or pillows available, we had to ask & run back to office, etc. Our time was limited for "rest" between events already. We stumbled upon the workout room, would have been nice if mentioned. Corners & edges of (all) floors could be more throughly cleaned. We only had towels for 4 guests, we paid for 5 guests. We brought some of our own, so all ok.
