Where to begin, this place is incredible. It is like when you get to visit your cool aunt once a year and you get real excited about it. The location, the staff, the owners, the train to NJ with the conductor from the Polar Express, the beach, the boardwalk, it is all perfect. Don't even get me started on the breakfast potatoes. PHENOMENAL. The room, so cute. You can rent bikes, they have a cute coffee shop walking distance away, and Asbury Park is a walk away too! Practice your parallel parking skills so you don't look completely out of place, but even then, they dont judge. I love it here, can't wait to come back year after year. Might as well move in honestly.

Leaving.

The hosts were very friendly and super helpful with our last minute late check-in request due to delays. They made sure we we had access to our room even though we arrived several hours after they had closed. The Inn itself is lovely and the rooms very comfortable. I particularly liked drinking my morning coffee on the upstairs balcony and looking at the other beautiful houses on the street. The beach and the main street with great food options are minutes away.

Great location, a 20minute walk to Asbury Park, where there are the bars and restaurants. Very cute, historical neighborhood, one block from the beach. Inn was clean and nicely decorated with a couple of outdoor seating sections on the outdoor decks, which would be nice for summer or early fall. Video games, board games and books available. Smart TV in the room. Free breakfast, which was delicious. They have a mini fridge in the rooms, and plates and microwave available in the main dining area and water for sale(cash only). Keith was super helpful and came quickly when we texted him we had arrived. Door locks after midnight and a code is available if you arrive after that time. The husband and I have talked about returning for the summer!

The property is super close to the beach and Main street which has all of the shops and restaurants. Kelsey, Joe, Ashley and Gene make your stay very comfortable and they love dogs! Breakfast served every morning is great! The Taylor ham, egg and cheese is epic!! You can buy discounted beach passes and rent chairs and umbrellas so your beach visit is made easy.

I can’t think of anything I would change about our visit.

By far, the best thing about this property was the proprietors, Kelsey and Joe. They were amazing. Friendly, informative, easy going, attentive, and they put their hearts into serving their customers. They certainly did everything they could to make us comfortable and we felt like family. Joe is an excellent cook and Kelsey created nice touches like fruit infused water and home made cookies.

The only thing that we didn't like was the size of our room. It was truly tiny. It fit a full size bed a three drawer dresser and a small refrigerator with a freezer. There was an attached bathroom that had a sink and shower and was likely bigger than the bedroom. We would love to stay there again but would choose a bigger room.

We just left the Inn at Ocean Grove and we're already talking about when we'll go back. We've been going to OG for years but have had a difficult time finding a place that checked all the boxes. This week we discovered the Inn @ Ocean Grove. We'll never stay anywhere else. Joe and Kelsey have created the sweetest little spot. They are so lovely and made us feel so welcome. The rooms are cute and clean and provide all you need for a beach vacation. But oh my, Joe's breakfasts. Please do yourself a favor- order the breakfast special, whatever it happens to be that day. Joe puts so much creativity and love into his breakfast creations and Kelsey is a ray of sunshine every morning. Our search for the best OG spot is over! We just love this adorable couple and their beautiful inn and will be returning every summer.

Lovely Inn with the most hospitable, friendly hosts! Such a quaint space and phenomenal rooftop deck! The breakfast was incredible; the chef's daily creations were innovative and delicious. Its location a couple of blocks from the beach can't be beaten!

The room was a little small; however, it was clean and pretty and had a wonderful bathroom shower. The room was accessed up 2 sets of steep/narrow stairs which was fine for us but might not be for certain guests.

The location is fantastic. Two blocks in from the beach. The room was nice. We had our own little kitchen with a kurig and k-cups, cream and sugar. Private entrance. Will definitely stay here again

Only thing was the bed was very uncomfortable for us. But that is a us problem, not the locations fault. The bed is probably fine for other people

Breakfast great on a beautiful porch ... exceptional, friendly service by the staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed ... room was clean ... location great for walking to the beach and into the town for coffee, lunch or dinner

The location was perfect. The owner Kelsey was amazing. She has a wonderful personality she was so helpful with our questions she has really thought of everything to make our stay great. The Breakfast was beautiful and fresh. The room was clean and the rooftop hangout was so great to relax and have some drinks. My husband and I will definitely be back!
