The location was convenient with lot of options nearby for restaurants or fast food and easy to reach on Rt. 35. This is an older motel that has been upgraded to meet modern needs, so tile work and grouting are not perfect. Our small two-bed room had a compact refrigerator and microwave, adjustable AC room unit, and bathroom with tub. All was clean with appropriate linens supplied. The price and location for a weekday summer visit met our needs and we enjoyed the large outdoor pool when it didn't rain!

A collapsable suitcase stand would have been a nice extra.

It was a clean room with all we needed for the night. Husband had surgery in the area and needed a follow up appt the next day so we needed a room for over night.

No breakfast when it was stated that there would be so we were not prepared. Had we known there would just be coffee we would have been prepared. That being said, the room was clean, we felt safe, it was a quiet place for husband to recover from dental surgery he had done that day. The bathroom door was not in good condition and the toilet moved when you sat down and got up. So maybe some minor repairs needed.

I've stayed here several times. I walk in, and the owner gives you such a warm welcome. Dawn puts a smile on my face just walking in. I request to be by the pool and always accommodate. Also, I had friends meeting me 2 days later and she arranged to have them in the room next to me. Room was clean, bed was EXTRA comfy. Fridge and microwave clean. Bathroom clean, towels actually white. Direct TV. Pool was clean and Dawn walked around the property regularly. It's quiet, if there is any type of rowdyness, she nips it immediately. She does watch everything closely. She makes everyone feel safe. Location is close enough to everything yet quiet.

There really isn't anything I wasn't happy with.

The property is very well kept. Quiet and comfortable. The pool is the best part. The sun shines right on it. My room was very cool, clean and comfy. Dawn is AMAZING and made our stay was even more pleasant. Very attentive and super down to earth and always had fresh coffee, bagels, and more. We can’t wait to go back.

I would have liked a phone in the room just incase but not really a big deal.

I was worried about the property with some mixed & poor reviews but was very happy with the stay. We had booked a fishing trip in Belmar and wanted to come up to enjoy the beach day before. There were very few affordable places in this area for 1 night so we risked it and booked here. Check in/put was easy. The room was clean, smelled freshly cleaned even. The AC worked really well, sheets were clean and bed fairly comfortable except one bed made a little sound depending on how you moved. The room came with clean towels, sample shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap. Water was nice and warm and pressure good. It was a quiet facility so we got a good night sleep. Small continental free breakfast was fine. I would recommend this location for similar needs as ours. There was a pool that looked well maintained but we did not use it so I can’t comment on that amenity.

The continental breakfast was very good, had a good assortment of items. The buildings and grounds were well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dawn gave great tips on where to eat and the best way to get to the location.

Nothing - had a very good experience. Would stay there again if I am in the area and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

The room was a good size, the bed was super comfy, it had a fridge & microwave. Good location, close to shops, restaurants, the beach. We stayed local for the weekend, didn’t have time to venture too far. Love the inn style of driving up to your door. Dawn was super friendly and helpful, and did an amazing job with Easter decorations!

Disappointed that during the off season there was no breakfast. Just a hint always book with booking .com to avoid the motel's credit card fee.

The Atlantic Inn and Suites is the only place I’ll stay when I go down to the Jersey Shore. It’s like staying with family when you go there. Everything is perfect and you feel like you’re home.

Very nice location. I honestly didnt know what to expect, first time going to that area, hotel was very reasonably priced, especially for having a pool. So needless to say i was nervous driving down. But when i arrived, my expectations were instantly exceeded. The manager was a very nice and friendly women. Made sure needs were met and that if I needed anything I knew to ask her! Now their pool!!!! That pool itself was a 10/10! Nothing more to say. Overall Very positive experience and I would definitely go back.
