I had pre-paid for breakfast but something came up at home and I had to check out earlier than planned, so had to skip breakfast. The hotel said they couldn't reimburse me the pre-paid breakfast money, that I would have to do that through Booking.com.

The swimming pool was convenient and very nice. Coffee maker in the room, convenient breakfast at the bar. Helen was able to assign a room for us with minimal waiting time, she was also very pleasant.

Facilities were the same as pictures and the our stay was perfect!

At first they gave the wrong room type but staff was very kind and solved our problem easily

The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The room was nice, clean and smelled great. There were several events going on at once but the halls were still quiet so you couldn't tell the hotel was full to capacity.

Someone (I'm assuming it was a child) used the public bathrooms in the lobby and they left feces and over two stalls. Of course that wasn't the staffs fault but shame on whoever did that and/or the parents that allowed it.

I enjoyed the friendly staff, clean rooms, and location close to a family home.

the noises in the hotel room kept me up at night from the fridge and the machine (heat?) outside of our room.

Have never been to a hotel where you had to pay for breakfast. Really Marriott?? Things must really be bad for you.

very spacious and clean. staff went above and beyond especially during the early morning. They helped us get some utensils and napkins. They also advised what was open during 5am. Extra towels in the bathroom was a plus.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff at breakfast was great and the food was delicious! I would stay there again anytime.

Found ourselves in room 307 directly below room 407 where some very noisy people were staying making loud banging noises. After complaining to the desk, the noise stopped. When the hotel isn't full why have two occupied rooms one over the other?

Everything was wonderful. No issues at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the facilities were spotless.
