We loved everything! We stayed and celebrated our 20 yr wedding anniversary there. Check-in with the app and getting keys at the hotel was a breeze, the receptionist was very nice and had us on our way quickly. The hotel us beautiful, it is an AC design after all. The patio by the first floor bar was amazing and it was a cool, rainy evening so they had the fire pit going. The hotel is super clean, modern and sleek. The room was large, super comfy king size bed and beautiful, modern, clean bathroom. Loved the robe!! We had dinner and drinks at The Bradford rooftop bar, also a very nice experience.

Wish they had room service as everything in the room menu looked delish, but this isnt really a complaint...just a wish.

It was beautiful clean and had enough amenities to keep us busy. Breakfast was great the servers were amazing, but be aware you have to pay $18 for it. I liked that there was a bar and restaurant in the actual hotel. But the check in person told me nothing about them such as when they open, age limit, dress code, etc so I didn't go. But it looked intriguing from the outside.

The billing threw me off so I wasn't able to enjoy myself at first. They charged me upfront for everything plus possible damages then adjusted after I checked out which was strange. Made me feel that it was because I looked young and brown. They should not have disguised that fact in the small print because it is at the hotels discretion to do that but it made me feel singled out.

Hotel was AMAZING! Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Evening dinner and drinks at the Bradford were sensational! I was in town visiting friends and will definitely be back whenever I visit.

The Keurig in the lobby. A cafe/coffee bar with fresh brewed coffee products would be my only “fix”.

Everything was absolutely magnificent! The staff was highly professional, the facilities and room were cleaned to perfection, the room was comfortable and the bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. High recommended and one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure to stay.

There's absolutely nothing I didn't like.

I requested a refund for one night. Spoke with Manager and booking to resolve this issue but it was never resolved nor was I contacted from either party about my refund for my reservation that had been changed for 2 nights to 1 night.

The Beadford rooftop restaurant was very noise, fast service, brought all the plates at the same time, didn't like one meal, I sent it back, and they still charged me....

Very clean, great customer service, nice rooftop lounge, bar in the lobby is beautiful, breakfast was amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious and good air system. Tv offers Bluetooth and Netflix.

Best Hotel I ever stayed. Updated and modern rooms. The rooftop lounge was beautiful and was definitely a vibe. and restaurant and bar was a plus. My son had a baseball showcase, so this was a last-minute reservation, but I'll be back just to stay at the hotel and rooftop lounge as a getaway

Shame there is only the external restaurant which is always so very busy but it is nice
