Clean and neat where we had an event.

The space and light coming in under the door. Apparently when it was carpeted before the vinyl flooring the space was probably less. It made it noisy in hall when people walked and talked going by our room. Needs a door sweep at bottom. Also walls not too thick. It is an older hotel so not as sound proof as some. Also free bfast was cleaned up and put away when we came down at 10 even tho. CHeck out is 11. 🙁

We have stayed here around the same time last year. Book in was easy & quick. Everything was nice & clean in the room, very spacious with a nice hot shower & good towels. Breakfast was just right with waffles, pastries, yoghurt, cereals & toast options. Bedding was very comfy & all clean. Room is great in every way. The housekeeping staff were great, kept everything clean, even the lift.

The room and hotel as a whole was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost for the room was great. Check in was easy and quick. Plenty of parking.

There was only one thing and not a "deal breaker": Free breakfast-it is free so I cannot complain. But the coffee and offerings could use a bit of improvement. I feel bad even saying this because, it is free. But even an improvement in the coffee would go a long way.

When nwe mfirstmchecked in and got into our room, th4re were some very noisy neighbors socializing in the hallway. I don't know, but I assumed they were some sort of "resident" guests some sort of subsidized residents or long-term guests. I went rto the reception desk to complain and the desk clerk/receptionist imediately went upstairs and spoke to the offending residents, ;and they immediately left t

Everything was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Didn't provide late checkout. When booking I had requested either 12pm/1pm checkout and when I asked the gentleman at front desk he said I had to check out at 11/11:30am.

Location was great. Not on the main drag so it is quiet. Nice staff.

No big deal but the breakfast options are light- would have loved hard boiled or scrambled eggs/sausage patties. They have cereal, fruit, snack bars and waffles so if you are on keto/paleo or low carb, stop at Walmart next door for cheese, meat and eggs.

It was amazing! Easy check in and the room was modern, comfortable bed and Extremely clean which means it gets an A plus from me. The breakfast could have given more of an option. It was the standard Raisin brand cereal coffee and bread but ok if running out to IHOP after , lol!

There was damage to the entrance wall that we hope to not get blamed for. Staff was unaware of the damage to the wall. We hope this isn’t blamed on us

Continental breakfast needs more variety, juices need to be available for longer, there was no ice in the ice machine.

Ckean room. Like that there is laminate flooring and no carpet. Heating system worked well. Quiet. Friendly and quick check in and check out.

The room needed a bit more or brighter lighting.
