The set up of the room with the kitchenette in it..bathroom is a good size king bed is very comfortable. Front desk super friendly and they take my pup 🙂

The floors were sticky I had to scrub them on my hands and knees and the floor were black!! The carpet was damp. Sheets are not changed for extended days have to pay an extra fee same with cleaning up the room and the shower is slippery after a few times of using.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice! Got a coffee pot for the room, Regular Sized fridge was awesome. 2 min walk from skyzone. And was under 15 min drive everywhere we had to go, great location.

When first started tub, water looked discolored. But was fine rest of the stay. Maybe pipes hadn't ran in that room in a while?

Spacious room, comfortable bed, easy late check-in (reception staffed 24 hrs), helpful staff, the A/C worked great,clean bathroom. All is good!

Scarce breakfast - coffee and 2 kinds of muffins plus a variety of granola bars, no breakfast room- well, it got us on the road

First time I stayed here for an artshow just outside of town. I see alot of bad reviews for this place and not too sure why. Service was fantastic. Room was clean, hot shower, free wifi. No complaints 👌

Being able to bring my dog and not having to worry about someone inadvertently letting her out during our stay!!!! That is the number one reason that I stayed with you over others!!!! Thank you!!!!

Location and the room itself

Maybe the room carpet, because since I started to used the room I got my allergies ( my running nose didn’t not stop ).

The location was great.

The room and bathroom were not clean, and the room was smelling a lot to cigarette . I'm asmathic, and it was so hard for me to breathe.Also, the elevator and hallways smell bad.

Staff was very courteous

Someone on the floor above me second floor their dog was barking woke me up at 530am and alot of banging around on the floor making noise

It was fine. Met all my needs and I had no complaints.

The biggest complaints are extremely minor. The remote control was a little difficult to use and there wasn't non flavored milk/creamer for the coffee.

Excellent value. Spacious room. Good amenities. Quiet and safe.

It was clean, but a couple of small spots were missed.
