It wasn’t on a Main Street but it was next to the highway, I was worried about noise but it actually wasn’t that bad. Most staff were very friendly especially the woman who checked us in. Bed was also extremely comfortable

I had to pull someone’s hair out of the shower drain because the shower was clogged and flooding. And the woman that checked us out, believe her name was April, was nasty every time we saw her.

The kitchen staff was so sweet the young girls were very friendly and funny they kept everything full. Special thanks to Kylie Ariana their kitchen Anne Marie front desk overnight. You can walk 5 minutes down the street there's an Olive garden there's a Mexican restaurant and there's a diner so they provide breakfast and then there's lunch and dinner down the street you really don't need a car unless you plan on going and seeing stuff.

The pool didn't open until 10:00 a.m. I could live with that, no hot tub. And if you go into town people are rude so if you just stay away from them.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable, ssfe and clean. Breakfast bar was kept well stocked and immaculate.

Left behind a short-sleeved linen shirt in room closet. Took several calls to hotel to see if it could be sent to me, I was finally emailed a form to have it shipped...for a whopping $27! Was told it was company policy and the ONLY method for returning. Probably weighed a few ounces. Item could have been placed in an envelope and mailed for a few dollars. I declined, but it was disappointing. Such a small courtesy would have made a huge impression.

Very, very clean hotel, nice staff. Good location and quiet. Hotel manager spend time talking to us about our stay and was very nice and professional.

Breakfast was very limited. The pancake maker put out a uncooked pancake. Please update breakfast options. A waffle maker would be nice. Pool was nice just very shallow. The 3 foot section should not take up half the pool. The fitness room did not have any pulley weight machines that were shown in the site photos, just dumbbells and cardio machines.

The location is a bit out of the way, but I didn't see that as a bad thing. It was quiet, no street noise at all. The hotel itself looked amazing. I was not expecting it to look like a way more expensive hotel. The gym and pool area were very nice. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak about that. My room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were very comfy.

The only thing that was bad was I was in a room on the 1st floor, near the lobby. I was woken up at 7am by a screaming child who kept screaming and shouting for a good 10 minutes.

`The breakfast was meh - the pancake machine was empty when we arived and after it was filled, the pancakes could have been cooked a little longer. The Keurig in the room was a nice touch.

The view was Route 22. There were a few long black hairs in the bathroom when we arrived - it sould have been checked better.

The breakfast was better than I thought and I got my fill to start the day right! The room was updated and clean. the bathroom was roomy and stocked with extra toiletries. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The pool was very loud and busy with children in the later hours of the evening and it would have been nice to have just an adult time for the last 1/2 hour or longer. We were on the 1st floor and we had two insects in our shower the 2nd morning of our stay and I spent some time dealing with them. The refrigerator leaked a big puddle of defrosted water on the floor and luckily I saw it before we could have slipped on it. The button to open the microwave was messed up but would fix itself when the door was closed.

Location was great. We loved that the hotel was close easy to access right off the interstate yet tucked away on a quiet dead end. The staff was very friendly & helpful. When we asked for a dinner recommendation they directed us to the Mexican restaurant which we were able to walk to & was amazing! Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! The kids really enjoyed the pool. Bathrooms in lobby & pool area were nice & clean.
