The entire stay was a pleasant surprise. Even the Location & landscaping were welcoming. Two story atrium/breakfast dining area was a real plus, food was better than I expected, and the entire place was quite clean.

the hotel is just perfect for our group that came with us. Staff were responsive to requests and room transfers. We could use same hotel again, next time.

They could've been a little more prepared when a horde of us started checking in.

The location was good, and the breakfast was just okay.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom, had the deflector broken, so it blew air directly into the bed. This made it quite uncomfortable to sleep.

Everything was great except toilet facilities.

Toilet is was to low and not elongated. Not senior friendly. Also toilet paper kept falling off holder Everytime used.

Clean facility and rooms. Convenient location to Moravian University/Bethlehem. Friendly staff.

Always like a complimentary breakfast, but it would have been better with some additional choices (ie. more fresh fruit, bacon, additional pasteries).

Breakfast was great, came in near end and little waffle mix left, so I made half and ate sausage!

Bed had a bit of a well in mattress.
