The hotel staff was very friendly during check-in and checkout. The beds were amazing and so comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they had a large variety to choose from. The sausage gravy was my favorite! They have a nice workout area and a pool but it was closed for the season. The air conditioner was great, The highest setting kept the room at a wonderfully cold temperature. There was plenty of lighting and outlets, a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Even though it's close to the airport it was super quiet. We didn't hear anything from outside to keep us up. We stayed here after a concert in NJ. So we got back pretty late, like almost 2am. The hotel was quiet and everyone was respectful in their rooms. We never even turned on the TV so idk what service was offered

The bathroom door didn't fully latch in our room. The carpet beside the beds looked like it could have been vacuumed better. Other than that I don't have anything bad to say. I wish we could have stayed another night.

The location was great. The breakfast had great selection. The rooms were decent.

We were on the main level, the people above us were super loud (we really thought someone was going to come through the ceiling). They woke me up with the jumping/running. I called the front desk to report what was happening, nothing changed. I ended up going to the font desk and the young lady told me they couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I said just come to our room and you can hear it. She said she would go back up to figure it out. Well, it continued. My mom called the front desk and after no resolution, she went to the desk to report it again. I can tolerate a lot and know that there are going sounds from other rooms, but this was beyond ridiculous.

Check in was extremely easy as well as checkout! The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and had great amenities!

My only complaint would be the entrance road off of Schoenersville Road. It would be much nicer if there was some sort of reflective or lit up sign to better see the entrance. Now granted it was nighttime as well as raining during arrival but even when the rain had stopped it was a bit of an unexpected turn.

I like the location and the tranquility that you can have in the rooms. It was my second stay, but this time it was not like that

When we arrived, the room assigned to us was completely dirty and had a bad smell. It was dirty from the entrance, the bathroom and the beds, it seemed like it had never been cleaned.but I went down to reception, and the very kind girl assigned us a new room, and in the end the last night we couldn't sleep because there was a dog next door that didn't let us sleep,

Location was close to hospital. Availability was there. Price was more than expected but lower than other decent locations nearby. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff was the best at trying to get me a quiet room.

Breakfast was lacking for someone who is gluten free. The door looks like it is not the most secure and you could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway, so sound proofing could use work. Water pressure in shower was a little low.

The welcoming feeling from the moment we walked in. We had called to say we d be checking in later. Out flight to.Newark.was delayed . Got our rental car late and headed to family in Bethlehem. Had dinner And THEN on to the hotel. It was lovely ...clean spacious room. Nice bathroom loved the wash products ....DOVE. really enjoyed the provided breakfast. Management was awesome. I loved the cinnamon sweet rolls and asked to purchase them. The manager Gave me a tray as a gift.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Rooms are clean and fairly large.

The former closets are now just holes in the wall. I would wish for a couple of coat hangers in that area, so one could hang the coat right after entering. Right now you have to walk until almost half the room to find hangers. But this is minimal issue.

The location near the airport was convenient and centrally located for our needs around the Lehigh Valley. The property was clean and maintained. Our room, on the 3rd floor faced the back of the hotel and was quiet. Comfy beds and soft linens. We appreciated the breakfast every morning and the self-service laundry area. The counter space in the bathroom was large enough for two people. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff,

When we went to check in and told there weren't any reservations, the lady searched for a few minutes and discovered it was listed as my first name as last name. She corrected that and then only took a few minutes to finish . Breakfast was the best we have had in many years at a hotel. Room was big, bright, and comfortable. Also, it is very convenient to everything on Bethlehem and Allentown.

The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. The Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. It was just very peaceful. The breakfast was good. There was 24 hour computer and internet on the 1st floor for anyone who needed it. The coffee & tea was available 24 hours. If you wanted to relax in the dining area you could. The pool was accessible to the guest.

There was nothing that I can complain about. I arrived an hour early & the room was all ready to go. That's what I call good business practice. Afterall, I was travelling on public transportation from 8 am in the morning. Loved it here. Restaurants were close by. There is a shuttle that takes you within a 3 mile radius.
