front staff was great, place was clean enough, needs some updating b ut ok. easy to park, ammeneties were good

oom was ok, needs a bit of updating, but ok b reakfast area .......constantly running out of coffee, had to wait 14 minutes for first cup, then another 15 minutes after it ran out again.....is anyone there aware that coffee is the most essential part of any breakfast in a hotel in america? the women in charge of the area, seemed to walk slower then molasses and not really seemed to care at all

The complimentary breakfast was solid. Just enough of each different option so that everyone could find something they liked. The coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast eating area was spacious with a nice high ceiling. There were nice sports and excercise facilities, with an exercise room, pool, and what looked like a pickleball court (I don't play).

The building layout was a little odd, with a spiral design, such that if you want to stay inside, you might be like us and have to loop around the whole building to get to your room. If you don't mind going outside, it is easy to complete the loop and not have to backtrack the whole hotel. The shower was clean, but had some evidence of mildew which drew the eye.

The room was clean and the amenities were very good. The pool area was a little chilly both in and out of the water but my children enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen space was a nice perk. The breakfast was excellent

We frequently had issues with the key cards not working correctly. The areas of remodeling were not noted online and were an eyesore walking through.

The front desk gentleman when we arrived was spectacular, the pool and provided complimentary breakfast were very welcoming, and the location made it feel like home. We are very grateful to have stayed here!

The woman that worked for the hotel that tried to get us checked out and leaving at 9am even though checkout is at 11am. She was the only negative experience of our entire trip from NY.

The room size

The breakfast as always is not very good. The coffee was only warm. I'm not sure what kind of bacon that was and the egg omelet does not look very appetizing. Not enough fresh fruit was provided. Only apples and I think they were Oranges. But they looked like lemons. Only 1 waffle maker?? If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, your hotel does not make it so.

They were wonderful for our family.Their breakfast was excellent.Their customer service was great morning afternoon and night.They also give you a great deal if you book with them at the front desk.Thank you so much for welcoming our family and giving us a nice stay.

The complementary breakfast tasted great, I booked the king size studio /suite it was huge and clean. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature, I love that there was a playground in the property as well me and my kids had a great time

The room was a suite. We liked how big it was.

We were on the opposite side of the building. Long walk to breakfast. At first it was confusing as to how to get there. You need signs to Lobby.

Staff was friendly. The suite was spacious, clean, and close to restaurants and shopping. Bed was extremely comfortable. Liked the full kitchen and extra sheets and pillows.

Rooms were big & clean. Staff was friendly. Check in & out was simple. Received several texts checking in how things were going. Breakfast was good--what I expected

Pool was a little chilly but not cold enough to keep me out of it
