The hotel and rooms felt new, very spacious and comfortable, and nicely appointed with touches like plenty of USB charging ports. The bathrooms were bright, roomy, and clean. The breakfast was very good—the food was pretty standard but with a couple of plus features. I liked that there were 3 waffle makers available, so we didn't have to wait long. Also the toppings bar was a nice touch. Plenty of seating and an upgraded dining room. Also free coffee/tea/hot chocolate was really nice, even when we arrived at midnight.

The staff was helpful, but busy at peak times. The juices seemed a little watered down at breakfast. My digital Hilton key stopped working right at the end of our stay, before I had checked out.

The breakfast was wonderful--I don't know if we have ever had as many delicious choices at any hotel that included a free breakfast choice. The layout of the room was really convenient as it felt very roomy and we could move around the room without having to wait for the other person to move out of the way.

The pool being closed for some sort of construction/maintenance was a letdown.

The breakfast offered a lot of options. The room was really clean. The front desk person gave us the option of what floor we wanted and proximity to the elevator which was thoughtful. The 24 hour free coffee and hot chocolate is also a big bonus.

Since I have to eat a gluten free diet the eggs, yogurt, and fruit were all that I could have. I will say that the premade "omlette" was not good. It did not taste like eggs. The green motion sensor light in the room was a slight problem. Any time one of us moved in the bed the bright green light came on.

I like this hotel very much because it is so clean and housekeeping is fabulous. The front desk man was excellent service and easy to communicate with . We felt extremely comfortable. My friend and I have four children. They are so happy and enjoying the swimming pool. The Staff are really nice and frank. The only woman that looks arrogant and but she looks like doesn't care but I don’t mind if she was checking out desks with a guy. cuz we had a good time in the hotel. She can communicate politely with customers and it will be beneficial for the hotel. Thank you all so much for comforting the service and free environment. I want to be a member of this hotel and we enjoyed breakfast so much . It was wonderful .

Nothing is perfect ! I don’t have to any word. Wonderful service and I like most of the housekeepers.

My husband and I stayed one Saturday night on our way to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We had a king suite. Excellent stay! Well-appointed kitchen with all you need to cook (we did not cook). Huge space, comfortable king bed, quiet end of the hall room. Non-smoking hotel smelled clean and looked new. Excellent free breakfast in the morning, typical offerings like waffle maker, cereal, bagels, etc. Coffee was a 10! Very well organized. We saw many families with kids using the pool, people were using the gym. Staff were super friendly.

This was my first stay at a Home2 Suites and my family and I thought it was fantastic. The quality of the hotel room was outstanding for a larger family of 6. The room was big and had the ammenties of a condiminum. Best part, for coffee drinkers....real coffee mugs! From the weight room, pool to the breakfast area, all were top-notch. This is our new, go-to hotel when passing through Bethlehem, PA. 10-Stars

The hotel is super clean, staff made our stay feel like home. Breakfast was fresh and constantly being refilled as needed. On Christmas Eve the staff had snacks and drinks for everyone. Santa and Mrs Claus arrived and there were activities for the kids. We loved it.

Our room was above the firepit outside. It was rather loud at various times throughout the night/early morning with people hanging out and talking loudly.

Our room was immaculate and the staff was amazing... especially "Zero". A very friendly atmosphere.

The breakfast was very disappointing and the pool was out of service most of the time. On more than one occasion we smelled marijuana in the hallway.

Smoking outside was annoying in the front of hotel, it didn’t have a smoking lounge like other hilton properties, so eating outside with family was limited due to smelling nasty smoke! Plus the indoor pool was freezing all three times we went swimming!

There was SO much surface area in the suite! It made it really convenient to spread out and organize our belongings. I love the large rectangular “box” shelves on the wall – adding extra storage space.

My husband stood at the front desk unnoticed for 2 minutes before the 2 employees stopped their personal conversation and asked what he needed!
