The girl at the reception desk was very friendly and courteous when I asked if I could check in earlier and she was helpful. Came back and was able to access my room early enough to use the pool with my daughter. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of spacious seating. Pool was supplied with towels and the front desk girl, who was the same girl, sorry I did not get her name checked me out easily.

No complaints, wish the pool were bigger as it got crowded for the holiday.

It rained for the days we were there on the last day of our stay, they closed the pool. I did not enjoy the pool. Why not clean the pool at night? Also staff should be present when breakfast is being served. People are selfish and take everything, a lot and ppl stay without eating. A lady took the whole entire bacon leaving nothing for others.

Clean and comfortable. I like the carpeting and not going the linoleum trend. Convenient. Nice staff. Easy parking. Love that you accept pets of any size. Good areas to walk them. This is very important to me. I've stayed here before and certainly would again.

Room was a little dated, but overall good. More importantly, it was clean and safe. Breakfast wasn't very good, but what US chain is?

The suite space was nice, the breakfast was a nice variety.

The room temperature was 66 degrees and we couldn’t make it any warmer. Only option was to turn it off and then it got too warm and stuffy was freezing all night. The room should have been much cleaner, as they were long dark strands of hair on the shower wall and there was food crumbs under the desk and in front of the sofa.

The room was great. We weren’t expecting it to be what it was. I booked it because we were racing in the area. Honestly the only time we’re there is to sleep and shower. It was nice to not be all crammed into alittle room. I chose this because the hotel that was blocked for racing families was really expensive and for what we were using it for -didn’t make sense. After speaking with other race families -we did good because the hotel they all booked was terrible .

Only thing that I can think of is the mattresses were quite hard. I’m not a fan of hard , stiff mattresses. A better mattress would have been amazing.

The property was clean and very secure. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Renata at the front desk was lovely, the breakfast was pretty good with nice variety.

The mattress was a bit firm for my tastes and the pillows were pretty flat. Nothing catastrophic, by any means. They also allowed guests to use the very noisy wash room directly next to our bed which was a frustrating in the middle of the night.

Breakfast included cereal, toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, and yogurt. A bit short, because you could eat them only until 8:30 am. In addition, the hotel had a laundry service ($3 for washing and $3 for drying) in each building. The room had basic cutlery and crockery for one person.

no possibility to buy washing products in the laundry (maybe they were at the concierge - I didn't check).

We are a family of five so the two room suite with a kitchen and TWO bathrooms was perfect. I was surprised to see that we had a second bathroom. The suite was spacious, very clean and there was even a fireplace. Having three tv’s also proved to be beneficial since everyone enjoys different things.

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it, but when we arrived at 2:15, we were told checkin wasn’t until 4:00pm. Thankfully I has my reservation in my phone and was able to show it since we had been traveling for thirteen hours. We were told we could pay $50 for early checkin, but decided to drive around for the 45 minutes to see what was in the area. We also discovered that despite reservations including breakfast, not only were there not be breakfast on Thanksgiving, which I suspected, there was no breakfast on Friday. We did pickup breakfast at the Waffle House and brought it back to the suite to eat so other than an added expense, everything worked out well.

Was there for six days and did not have a housekeeper how to use the same towels for about five days until we had to ask front desk for new ones blow dryer also did not work

Very clean and quiet, our room was in a perfect location, breakfast was really good with plenty of options, will probably return next time we come up from florida.

The only issue we had was the setting on the refridgerator, nothing you would check but we had seafood in the fridge that froze and was no good, hotel reimbursed us for the cost with no problem so not really a problem
