Great breakfast combination.

I mistakenly selected the wrong date when preregistering on line. I arrived on 5/13/25 but my reservation was 5/28/2025 . This error was probably caused by the registration holding a preassigned date that automatically registers. i also selected the $5.00 for cancellation, but it also didn't register. After arriving at the hotel, i learned My reservation was two weeks later. After three hours of discussion with Booking, i was able to receive a partial refund in five to seven days. This did occur.

The location was close to the Lost River Caverns and the on-site parking was free. The room was large, quiet and clean and well-appointed with many outlets. The bed was comfortable and the desk area was large enough to accommodate all of my paperwork and computer. The adjustable shower head was an unexpected plus The staff was impressive. The front desk clerk was bilingual and able to handle my checking in as well as another guest's questions in two languages almost simultaneously. Sondra kept the generous breakfast buffet area tidy and stocked with fresh warm cinnamon rolls. And when I passed the housekeeping staff in the halls, I received a cheery "good morning". The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect for swimming laps.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly both in the evening and night. They answered all of ours questions. The pool was very clean and the hot tub as well. Which was a bonus as we didn't know it had. The gym was small but clean and all equipment was new. Th breakfast area was clean and decent food. They had a laundry area as well if you need to wash or dry clothes, just make sure you have quaters. Overall I recommend the stay at this location.

Just that you need change to dry as I never have cash.

The bed was comfortable. The room was nice, we unfortunately did not eat the breakfast but the coffee was still hot and fresh. There was no fresh toilet paper in the room. The overall stay was very nice.

The front desk lady was very rude. She was on her phone the majority of the time when we were checking in and she started cursing around us saying she needs to clock out and leave. She was very distracted and even left the previous customers information out on the desk while she was in the back. It took her 15 mins to come out to the lobby

Extremely friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice room size, location!

We saw TWO roaches come from behind the tv area where the tv was…they were roaming around the coffee maker and near our bags! And there was dry pee stains on our toilet! We checked in close to 11pm and were exhausted so we couldn’t speak to staff and seeing ad there are ROACHES there was no point to change room because once they are in one room, they are EVERYWHERE!

Your staff was extremely friendly and kind and helpful the hotel was very clean I stay there often it's lovely I like the location I just wish there was more parking available for handicap and more handicap rooms available.

I had trouble getting TV stations to come in that was about it otherwise everything was very nice. Very friendly staff very helpful.

Super clean and amenities in the bathroom were full size Dove products. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Temp control was easy to use. Good size TV. Indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. Laundry facilities 2 washing machines and dryers. Good price to use them. Hot breakfast such as bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, baked goods, cereal, oatmeal, juice, milk, coffee. Kept clean and stocked. Was very pleased with offerings. Staff at the front desk and in the self serve breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend near the Wind Creek casino, Steel Stacks, Bethlehem, Easton, Hellertown. Route 78 is right there. Waffle House next door. Would stay again and have already recommended to others. Keep up the great work! Booked through Booking.com and felt I got a great value for my money. ❣️👍

When we arrived, Vassi’s greeted us with DELICIOUS food (❣️Gyros and Hamburgers) It was very close (15min) to Main Street where the festivities were. The hotel staff gave us suggestions and directions. Very helpful! Breakfast had egg whites! Plus it was included with stay! The suite we had was very nice and clean. My Mom and I were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room. Plus late check out! Thank you LORD!

The people above us were heavy footed. No fault of the hotel, it’s just next time I would book top floor. Thank you

Breakfast was surprisingly good! I thanked the staff for a really good meal for the family. The cleanliness was excellent, not only the rooms but the whole facility. Location was decent, not as good as others but still close to major highway but out of the hustle and bustle area. Rooms offered what was needed at a very reasonable price. Things weren't broken either, everything was in well working order. Pride of ownership showed and is super important.

I like the type of mattresses in the hotel chain but ours happened to be older and sinking in the middle, wasn't the best night sleep unfortunately. I liked that there was a section for doing business dealings but it was too small of an area and out in the open. I naturally wouldn't want people being able to stand there and watch what I need to do, a little privacy would go a long way in that section.

Location was great right off of I-78. Was there for a concert at the nearby casino in Bethlehem(by old Beth Steel).

There was only liquid soap in the shower and it was totally empty. We went to the desk before recognizing that fact and got extra towels. We went back and no one was at the desk so we just used some that my wife had packed. Other than that little hiccup,everything else was fine and to our liking.
