Breakfast was adequate. Need to have trays for guests to put their plates of food on. Need to have a coffee section in same area where breakfast is served. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Microwave was at a very INCONVENIENT location. I am handicapped. Could not see the operating panel. Difficult to put food in a n d take out. Could not print out boarding passes at business center printer. Ray at front desk refused to help in this matter. Alan was very courteous and got our boarding passes printed after several failed attempts.

The room was nice and clean and comfy. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was included.

There was a lot of noise on our floor for a while. We found out that there were girl teams for softball and lacrosse. They did not have any respect for others. They banged on doors, were loud and running up and down the hallway. I texted Alan who saved the day by telling the parents to come up and take care of their kids. It was quiet after that! Thanks Alan!!!

Parking and location were fantastic. Check-in was great! Alan was very helpful and got us in quickly. All of the faculty were very friendly. The room and hotel facilities were clean and in great condition.

The water pressure in our room (Room 304) was very low. Breakfast was ok. Some of the selections were a little stale which is weird because it was busy and I imagine had not been put out to long before we got there. The cold items were tasty and the coffee was excellent.

Exceptionally clean and updated, the hallways are very bright so you feel very safe. The man at the desk was very friendly! I would definitely stay again!

The vending machine on my floor plus the ice machine was broke! The shower felt like a hospital shower, but no big deal!

The software system was down. We were told that we could not be checked in and not stay. I think you need to have a back up system in place so that guests who have booked and have proof of it, can still stay. Later in the day, the system was up and running and we were able to stay.

Location of the Hotel was great for everything nearby. The room and bathroom were very clean. THe Hotel common areas were clean also. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom tub in our room did not drain properly, possibly due to the fact that the shower switch did not completely divert the water to the shower head and more water came out of the faucet than the head. The breakfast bar /food stations were too small for the number guests to adequately get to many of the items offered. The waffle iron suck more waffles than came out which caused a long wait. The coffee/tea station was in hallway and many guests including ourselves were looking for an additional one in the breakfast area. This area was over crowded for the space between 8am to 9am time and during flu and Covid guests were to close for comfort.

The room was very clean, the size of the room was great! I felt very comfortable in the room! I also enjoyed the breakfast with our stay! The shower was a walk in shower with hot water with great water pressure! I had a great stay, and will stay there again!!

I really don’t have any issues to report.

My sister and I were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the hotel and with the friendliness of the staff. We only needed to stay one night but we would go back to this particular hotel again. We highly recommend it.

My only comment would be having scrambled eggs instead of an omelet; however, the breakfast was well staffed and good. Excellent coffee!!!!

Everything, and the gym was great! Bed was so cozy!!!

Only that we were put in a handicap room and the shower was a little difficult to deal with cause the floor was soaked but not a completely terrible thing.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The bed and room were very comfortable. when I screwed up the air conditioner, they sent someone to fix it right away.

There was a stain on the shower floor.
