Clean, amazing staff,and breakfast!!!!! The few previous stays had none to horrible breakfast. One worker sitting in the kitchen on her phone shrugged when we said no food! Here, the breakfast was plentiful! The staff was nice, cleaned constantly! The food was hot and fresh and filled!!! I also needed a toothbrush and toothpaste which the front desk happily provided. Definitely added this location to my favorites!!!

I was very pleased with the Front Desk Staff she was very informative. Always someone on the desk at all time, the facilities were very quiet even with a full capacities.

My downfall was I did not realize we were not room-serviced on a daily.base. The housekeeping manager Crsytal was kind to inform me that my extended stay of 5 days is when they service the room.Next time I should inform the front desk and they will comply.

I liked the coffee bar area that had a selection of teas as well. In the morning it was stocked with Hot Chocolate packets. The breakfast selection was also amazing. They even had cinnamon rolls with a lot of icing!

I didn't like that the hot water wasn't stocked over night, but the room had a Keurig and you are able to brew tea in your room that way. There isn't anything else that I didn't like.

Excellent breakfast variety loved the pancakes usually not available at other establishments!

The shower needs to be updated their was a lot of noise on the 2nd floor screaming and cursing doors banging shut!

We celebrated our 68th Family Reunion at nearby Lake Nockamixon. Beautiful surroundings, ample amenities. Hoetel staff were very accommodating and provided directions to the park and various restaurants.

Trying to communicate with the property directly. Our calls were often redirected to the 1(800) reservations " multiverse".!

We have stayed here several times over the years and always enjoy the stay here

Prices are way higher than last time we stayed here. For what we paid for a night, we used to pay for 2 nights, but I am sure it's just another part of the bad economy

Most everything. Also, the coffee, which is available 24/7 was out of this world good!

Bacon added to the breakfast menu would be excellent.

When I got there the reservation from booking.com was not in and I had to pay out my own pocket after. Already paying booking.com

Was an enjoyable 1 night stay. Staff was great, room m & bathroom very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was good. We requested an earlier check in and it was granted which made it great for us.
