Breakfast was adequate. Need to have trays for guests to put their plates of food on. Need to have a coffee section in same area where breakfast is served. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Microwave was at a very INCONVENIENT location. I am handicapped. Could not see the operating panel. Difficult to put food in a n d take out. Could not print out boarding passes at business center printer. Ray at front desk refused to help in this matter. Alan was very courteous and got our boarding passes printed after several failed attempts.

The room was nice and clean and comfy. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was included.

There was a lot of noise on our floor for a while. We found out that there were girl teams for softball and lacrosse. They did not have any respect for others. They banged on doors, were loud and running up and down the hallway. I texted Alan who saved the day by telling the parents to come up and take care of their kids. It was quiet after that! Thanks Alan!!!

Breakfast was standard motel fare.. not bad, not great.

The full-strength coffee ran out, and I mentioned it to the person at the desk who told me to go tell the woman in the kitchen. I asked why he didn't do that - and was told "That's not my job.." so I guess guests are expected to help run the motel.

Exceptionally clean and updated, the hallways are very bright so you feel very safe. The man at the desk was very friendly! I would definitely stay again!

The vending machine on my floor plus the ice machine was broke! The shower felt like a hospital shower, but no big deal!

One elevated kept ringing and taking multiple tries to stay shut. The hold on my credit card and still haven't received the money back from the hold.

Room was good size, clean. Front desk had some free supplies, in my case a tooth brush.

The front desk person wasnt very friendly... also I needed a cot for my toddler and it was an extra $50 fee. I've never had a hotel charge for a cot or crib before

Parking and location were fantastic. Check-in was great! Alan was very helpful and got us in quickly. All of the faculty were very friendly. The room and hotel facilities were clean and in great condition.

The water pressure in our room (Room 304) was very low. Breakfast was ok. Some of the selections were a little stale which is weird because it was busy and I imagine had not been put out to long before we got there. The cold items were tasty and the coffee was excellent.

The breakfast was very good. It would be more convenient to have coffee pot where the breakfast was served instead of having it in the lobby during breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, quiet.

Front desk staff was not very friendly.

The software system was down. We were told that we could not be checked in and not stay. I think you need to have a back up system in place so that guests who have booked and have proof of it, can still stay. Later in the day, the system was up and running and we were able to stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was also really good and I appreciated that it had breakfast meat options that were not pork.

I didn’t have any dislikes.
