It’s at a beautiful location. The views were great! We loved the pools, hot tubs, and playground for the kids. We had a really good dinner from The grille restaurant. Our food was ready fast and they were accommodating to some of our groups food allergies.

It wasn’t clear about what was offered to guests. I wish activities were more clearly explained/advertised. I think the activities on the property could be built up more for guests. It seemed like all activities were geared towards a kids camp that was going on. We would’ve loved to be able to use an inflatable water slide that was set up but it had a sign ‘for kids camp only’. We were disappointed to go back to our room on night after being away the whole day and the door was left propped open with the lock presumably by the housekeeper. Thankfully everything in the room was fine but it was concerning obviously.

Pool and hot tub.

Everything was wonderful. Two points. 1. One is outdoor pool/hot tub were only available from 10 am. Hope it can be available from 9 am as morning hot tub in the beautiful view would have been great! Besides, check out time is 11 am so no enough time to enjoy morning pool/hot tub in the morning much. 2. If the facility description was clear that connected room availability, it could have been better. I had two two-queen-beds rooms as I wanted at least 4 independent beds for my family stay. However, it looks like two-queen-beds room is connected to next room that is not two-queen beds room but approx. 1.5 size larger room based on floor map available in the room. So our rooms were not next to each other. I could have booked connected room.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable but we had a suite and expected their to be enough toilet paper etc. we had to call the front desk a few times for incidental things needed in the room. The grounds are beautiful the hot tub could use an up grade broken jets, and loud noises coming out of the jets. The pool did not have handles or railings for handicap accessibility. The Trail End cafe has great service, yummy food, and fun activities for us. We had a great time and would definitely be back!

We loved the location. It was central to visiting Lehigh Valley Zoo, Christkindlmarket, Bethlehem and Koziar's Christmas Village. Our room was very spacious and clean and we enjoyed the dining area. We would love to return in the winter and enjoy the snow activities.

We ran into a small issue during our visit. I am assuming because we traveled in the off season, they were doing maintenance during our stay and had turned the water off on two mornings. While it was not convenient, the hotel staff were very understanding and made sure to take care of us in the end. I still give this resort a great rating because in the end, things happen, but it is how they are handled that show you an accommodation values you.

Wonderful views of the mountainside covered in summer green colors, lots of outdoor decks, a small indoor arcade, and a beautiful, clean outdoor pool made our three-day getaway special! Staff were all friendly and helpful, including one local resident we chatted with who recommended a fantastic place for dinner called the Buckeye Tavern when we told her where we would be driving in the area during our stay. Overall, it made for a relaxed, easygoing vibe and we would happily return!

We never stayed in a resort before, so this was our first experience paying state taxes on our bill plus resort fees, but having access to extra activities, two pools, and food options justifies the added cost. We wish we would have had more time to take advantage of all the amenities.

We visited Bear Creek Resort during the winter break, but surprisingly it wasn't much crowded. It's a beautiful place, a lot of activities. The outdoor hot tub was our favorite! I also had a massage in spa, great experience, nice personnel. I enjoyed the spa area in general.

The only thing that upset me was the lack of communication. We bought tickets for tubing, my son was waiting for it for so long, we got all dressed up and ready only to find out that tubing was cancelled because of the weather. I understand that, but apparently it was also cancelled that very day when we bought tickets. My son got sooo sad, they could have at least warned us about this.

Huge property multiple pools and hot tubs open year round. Multiple restaurants and bars. Friendly staff ,clean and very family oriented. Kids can ski on the property and plenty of warm spectators space.

The family game nights:Trivia Tuesday and events were posted all over the property. But the events manager was fired and none of the events took place :( I did expect more entertainment

The kids loved the pool, and the beds were comfortable. the room was nice.

The sofa bed! and the sofa itself and the chair were not comfortable. they were pretty hard, and not in a good way. I also didn't like that the room service was not 7 days a week. we were there on a Monday and the restaurant wasn't open. we'd had a long trip, and our food option was not great.

Bear Creek is always a fabulous weekend getaway for us, no matter what season. We always get a suite. It’s comfy, clean and gives us the wonderful illusion that we’re in a mountain resort in the Rockies or something. 😁 The spa is also one of my favorites! And they now how EV car chargers!

Noise level and crowds during ski season is atrocious. If you’re looking for quiet and cozy try before or after ski season.

I am definitely coming back! The views are breathtaking the staff is welcoming and answers any questions you have. The hotel has so many free activities such as paddle boarding with amazing views I loved each moment there!!
