Staff were informative, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast had a lovely variety of hot and cold offerings. The place was spotless and had ample seating. The beds were good and the pillows were very comfortable. The location was easy to find and access.

I had difficulty connecting to the WiFi, but that issue could have been a problem with my device - I did not have time to play with figuring it out. Not a big issue for me.

Well taken care of and clean. The beds, pillows, linens, carpets, bathroom, and the whole property was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and filling. Staff is very helpful and nice.

The parking lot is not very big and has trucks occupying spaces. Seems the hotel had many guests and the parking spaces were not enough.

The property was surprisingly incredible. Compared to what I knew about Holiday Inn back in the day. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there as the modern look, and feel can compete with Marriott and Hilton. The lobby looked incredible. When you first walk in I was greeted with a warm fireplace and contemporary, modern furniture and decoration. The staff greeted me professionally and treated me kindly. The breakfast was OK just stay away from the hashbrowns. Other than that my stay was perfect.

The hash browns was a mix between potatoes and an old sock. I am not sure what that was but it definitely was not hashbrowns or made from potatoes. You can go across the street to Chris’s family restaurant for a good breakfast. You can’t go wrong there.

The room was more than what was expected. Small living room served very well when friends stopped in to visit.

The door was slightly shifted so you can see into the bathroom when the door was closed. But it was not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was nice! sitting area in the kitchen was a liitle smaller than in the pictures. The kitchen staff was not nice at all! didnt say good morning. gave every person that walked into breakfast dirty looks. and sweep while people were eating.

The hotel was well maintained and in a convenient and safe location. I also love the daily baked cookies near the front desk. It was a welcoming touch.

Bed was so high that you can’t sit on the edge. Also there were no sheer curtains on the window so if you can’t let sunlight in without sacrificing privacy.

Very clean & spacious room !! Large bathroom with awesome Dove hygiene products !! Fridge , microwave & extra seating was great !! We arrived early unexpectedly, room was ready & desk staff very friendly !!

Room did not have good lighting , just lamps & shades with dull bulbs . Maybe a vending area and more ice machine on each floor

We have stayed here before due to its location. A member of housekeeping caught up to us as we were leaving to give us something we had left behind in the room. We've never had that happen before.

Listening to someone on their phone in the breakfast room. I'm not sure anyone else needed to hear both sides of the conversation. I know the hotel can't control that but it was annoying.

I like that the front desk customer service was always available and helpful for check-in &check-outs. Another thing that I like was the room was very clean and stocked with common forgettable items.

There was nothing on the top of my head that I can think of that did not make this experience one to remember.

The property is very close to the road so you do have road noise in the rooms closest to the road. I also noticed exhaust smell come in from one of the trucks that came by even with the window completely shut. There was apparently a team of little league kids above our room too. Their feet sounded like they were playing basketball above us. I spoke with the manager and he said he only wanted to make me happy. He moved us to another room which was quite and didn’t have any exhaust smell coming in.

The place is extremely clean and provides good amenities for the price. This is my second stay at this hotel. everyone is very friendly and they listen and do what they need to to make you happy.
