The Queen suite with sofa bed is exceptional! My spouse is mobility challenged and loves the stand up showers! The pull out sofa bed was perfect for our granddaughter and the amenities in room such as full refrigerator, stove and microwave/convection oven & dishwasher are always a plus! We were able to bring some food items to store as the property was close to several key shopping areas, and best of all the ALLOW PETS (with a fee of course). The layout is spacious, the breakfast absolutely above average and this is my 4th time staying at this property. Will be staying here again in 2026! The staff is exceptional. And we love the pool and the fitness center.

I loved the room layout and the light up mirror, the shoe cubbies and coat holder when you walk in is awesome with the mirror. The extra mirror in the closet is great and the swivel TV is awesome.

It was surprising to find someone's complimentary charcuterie board with names of other people and a complimentary Gatorade so thank you junior and Yuri I believe for being loyalty members. Other then that the one pillow was clearly just flipped over with long thick course hair which does not belong to me which was a fun surprise.

Breakfast was good--better than most free hotel breakfasts. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really liked being able to use chromecast for the TVs.

We really wanted to use the pool but it didn't open until 10am (and we got in too late on arrival day), with kids it would have been great to have had a chance to go in when they woke up before we had to head out. Also, there was a fold out couch, but only one thin blanket and a pillow with no pillowcase for the person who needed to use that bed.

Great suite with small kitchen and nice size walk-in shower. Tv spins from sofa area to bed area so you can watch tv from wherever you are in the room. Nice hot breakfast buffet!

So they have a cappuccino machine there that wasn’t being used during the breakfast hours and my partner asked if he could have one and he would even pay for it. They said it’s not available until 11:30 AM. You would think that they would have this available when most people are eating breakfast earlier in the day.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. I asked for a room in a quiet section because I'm a light sleeper and they honored my request. Food & drinks were good. We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

My husband likes whole milk in his coffee. They had assortments of different creamers but not whole milk. However, we didn't ask for it either ,so I'm sure if we asked they would have brought some out. I do wish they had coffee & tea out all day like some hotels do.

This hotel is gorgeous and enviting with a welcoming staff. The shower was amazing with the perfect water pressure. The restaurant food was delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be staying in Hyatt hotels in the future.

There weren't enough pillows on the beds.

Most of the staff was very nice, the facilities and room were clean and well appointed, and the room was spacious. We were given a room on the top floor and my 4 y.o. enjoyed the view. Will definitely come back again if in the area.

It took us a few tries to get housekeeping to clean our room. They finally did on the last day of our stay, other than that there were no issues. A suggestion...please consider having a non-pork meat option at breakfast daily. Breakfast was great other than that-above and beyond typical hotel breakfast.

The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and welcoming

the beds were not that comfy and our door latch gt stuck so we were locked out our room but they were quick to fix it. also there were no cleaning done to our room.. they only gave us another roll of toilet paper. Since it was a suit there should have been a broom or something for us to use to clean the kitchen floors.

Beautiful room, kitchen a plus! Check out at 12pm my kids enjoyed the pool !! Breakfast so good , Great service, thank you to everyone!

I reserved 2 rooms for my family, they want to give me one in the 3th floor and the other one in the 6th floor, after they changed to the same floor, but they charged me $ 10 more , still is a great Hotel !

The location was very good for my situation. Breakfast was very good, one of the best I have experienced. Acceptance of pets was an A+.
