The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs and omelets, plus sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy. It also had yogurt, bagels, English muffins, bread....

We got there about 7pm. When we got in the room we discovered there was not toilet paper in the room. Next when we went to take our night time shower there was no bodywash. When I went to dry my hair the outlet by the sink and vanity mirror was not working. The next morning when we went to breakfast it was fantastic except one of the toasters was not working so it was a very long wait. I went to this hotel because of its rating so I was very disappointed.

I was very impressed when I walked through the front doors and saw how immaculately clean the facility was. Every single staff member I spoke with took out a moment of their time to acknowledge me in the most ever pleasant and polite way. I’ve never seen an ENTIRE hotel staff that are extremely hard-working and dedicated to their work. *Special shout out to Melony* She is a fantastic human being and helped me tremendously with just chatting with her.

I didn’t really care for how the parking lot is set up. Other than that, I give everything else a 100%.

the breakfast was great food great workers there and very clean when i had a problem the worker there help me right away without a question i will recomend this is the best hotel i have been at will come here again also loved they had the indoor swimming pool very clean and the exercised also room which was really nice loved everything

well i actly cant say anything bad about this hotel everything was great marvelous with me and my family they were nice they check the housekeepers did there part knocking see if we need anything which was asome and if we didnt need anything they respected are privacy

This was a good location for us as it is four miles from Coca-cola Stadium. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Kids loved the pool and the pancake machine at breakfast. Bed was more comfortable than some more expensive places. Overall it was exactly what we needed with the added bonus of a really welcoming staff- from the reception desk to the cleaners.

I would have liked earlier pool hours and more fruit options at breakfast

The room was comfortable and clean. We also found the view was pleasant for a hotel. The staff were generally friendly and the breakfast buffet offered enough to chose from for breakfast.

The bathroom sink was as you came in the door of the room and felt too exposed. There was a problem with a rude guest and the guest should not have behaved they way in which he did but the response from the employee was very public and loud.

The breakfast was really good, all the staff members were very professional. The lobby was always kept clean. The parking lot was cleared quickly after a surprising overnight snow storm. I enjoyed my stay. The pool was clean and the gym was to.

The washing machine in the laundry facility did not work. The machine kept making a loud banging noise and little to no water entered during the wash cycle. So until that gets repaired or replaced I wouldn't recommend using it. The elevator is very small and very slow so be prepared for that.

This hotel was close to great local restaurants in Allentown. The service was great (we needed one extra pillow, notified the front desk and it was brought to our door within minutes). Room was clean, modern, had GREAT lighting, and had everything as advertised. TV in room was SIZABLE!!

Breakfast. This needs improvement. The abundance of food was great. However, the quality lacked a bit. Overall not bad.

From check in to check out our experience was great. The people working the front desk were efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable and just what we needed for a quick overnight. It was quiet. We stayed on a Sunday night so I’m not sure if that’s the way it always is. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

The toilet handle needed a jiggle to stop running. The omelettes were pretty tough.
