The indoor pool was clean, warm and beautiful! The weight room was very nice and the breakfast was great. There were free cookies, coffee, and fruit available 24/7. They also greeted our little puppy with a doggie treat. :)

The fire alarm blasted at 3:30a and we had to evacuate our room. The fire department was called to deactivate it----which took 45 mins---b/c there was only smoke from a guest's microwave. It was difficult to get back to sleep after the deafening noise and drama. But we were happy we were never in any danger. The rooms could use more lighting.

breakfast was really good, lots of choices and restocked quickly as people came through. the a/c was on and a light so when we walked in the room was comfortable and we could see , if the staff did this on purpose prior to our arrival that was great thinking on their part. also there were two complimentary water bottles which were much appreciated.

One elevator was not working but things break so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

breakfast was excellent! The staff helped me with an error I made in booking. I made reservations for The Hampton Inn in Easton PA instead of Easton MD. The staff was patient and understanding with me and gave us a room in Easton MD!!!!

The entire staff was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and smiles all around. Coffee bar 24/7, the free breakfast was so much better than we expected

No outdoor pool, only an indoor pool. Would really have loved it if there were a game room for the kids.

Clean, comfortable bed, easy check in and out.

Registered for 4 people, only got towels for 3. Blanket for sofa bed was hard and rough textured. Breakfast was ok, but there was not enough seating in the breakfast area. Pool was nice and clean but needed to be heated a bit more.

Convenient and lovely. Was our puppy’s first visit to a hotel ever. He loved watching tv on the bed. He loved roaming around the parking lot and he especially liked going out through the automated doors. But his absolute favorite was the bacon and eggs we let him try in the room. Great. Happiest for us is that he only barked twice and never had an accident.

said free Wi-Fi, but had to sign up for honor guest to get it. went to front desk, asked about it. It wasn’t until then that she gave me a code to put in. we stayed 2 nights. our 2nd night there, I could not get Wi-Fi. putting the pass Code in again, would not work. For the cost of the hotel Wi-Fi should not of been that much trouble. the height of the bed, the tub and shower were designed for tall people. I’m 5’ tall, not easy getting into bed. the shower head was so high up, no way of changing shower head, how water came out.

Clean and in a good location .

Handicapped rooms on the 5th floor and all the way at the end of the hall. It was close to the stairs but if a person is unable to do stairs, it’s a safety issue in an emergency. Very worrisome!

Checked in late and was not a problem and quick. Clean Room. Basic. One night stay. Would stay again. Breakfast was very good. Good selections. Appreciated how clean everything was. She was constantly cleaning up and refilling things. Could have used more table seating.

Room coffee maker was broken and window blind.. If we were staying longer then one night I would have brought it up but really not that big of a deal. Forgot special request of extra pillows. Could have 2 more towels. Small things really.

Breakfast was simple but good and unlimited coffee all day. Busy hotel. But good value.

The lift/elevator was slow and looked like it had seen better days. I preferred the stairs.
