Upgraded to a King Suite on a high floor for free upon arrival. The suite was spacious with a high ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a clean, comfortable bed. Solid WiFi, plenty of power outlets, mini fridge, a ton of complimentary waters, and two TVs. Doesn't get much better!

Our room got a little warm. Despite setting the temp to 65 and the fan to 'on' and blowing constantly, the room didn't get much cooler than 70, and we prefer to sleep around 67. I think it probably has something to do with the fact that it got so cool that night, but I'm not sure.

Location was perfect, also saw a concert at the event center

Person who checked me in really did not explain the key card/elevator situation. Took me a hot second to figure it out with some other guests. Also the family who was in room next to me decided to open their adjoining door and it made me super uncomfortable. I could hear them talking. Probably just kids messing around but I couldn't tell if my side was locked or unlocked so it made me apprehensive to leave my room unattended.

I was there for the Diana Ross concert with a friend. I liked how the concert venue is in close proximity to the hotel. It was easy access getting there from the hotel, just a short walking distance and the show was great!

Traveling from New York, the drive there was long. However once there becoming acquainted with where to park and finding the hotel. However, from walking around I became familiar with the facility.

I stayed 2 nights for approximately $650. After the first night, we enjoyed the musikFest for the entire day. When we returned at about 7 PM, nothing was touched in our room. No towels taken out, no garbage taken out, no beds made. Paying that much and getting no service was a bit disappointing.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the casino, outlets and the food court has good choices and prices were good.

The pool and gym were out of service which I was expecting to enjoy.

This hotel is an architectural marvel. The lobby was a wonder! All of the the amenities, fitness room, pool, are well maintained and new. However, if you happen to observe a plant based diet, you are out of luck! The hotel only offers food in room service. There is no restaurant in the hotel. So if you want to go out to eat, you must venture off to the casino, or the food court. I am sure most of their clients have no problem with this, but for us, breakfast was taken in downtown Bethlehem.

The rooms were great, the TV was nice. The casino was really nice I loved the food court they had a nice selection. The kids zone was the dopest part of the casino for me(Darnell) my wife vibes on the games in the Casino.

It was difficult to find things to do outside the facility and they needed more outlet stores. The things for the kids were closed on Saturday, it was the labor day holiday weekend and also my son and I Birthday weekend.

It’s a neat location with views of the river and steelworks. We had a nice reception upon arrival. We were given two free drink vouchers at the hotel lobby bar, Mixx. Drinks were great and a really nice spot. The room we had was lovely, clean updated and comfortable. The casino was nice too, a good amount of slots and the layout is good, easy to get from one side to the other.

Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet place to relax Definitley an upgrade of what was before...

Could not locate any bottled water to drink, need to go down to the outlets to purchase...coke machines were empty of water...
