The rooms were spacious and the soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided was a nice touch. The bed was pretty comfortable. We.were there for a funeral and rented two rooms. Our son & daughter in law said their room was fine as well Breakfast was very good and hot foods were actually hot. Nice options as well Alyssa and Gerber were especially helpful and kind

The bathroom floor could have been cleaned better, the hanging lamp shade had a big hole in it and the light when you first walk in was burned out, making it really dark. I let them know at the front desk so if you stay in Rm 211 and it's still not fixed, the request was made on 11/15/2024

Room was great. Clean, all accessory items ( lights, tv, HVAC all worked flawlessly. Bathroom very clean with all toiletries fully stocked. Staff all very pleasant and helpful.. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Scrambled eggs overcooked to the point of being dry. Couldn't cut the turkey sausage patties with the plastic serated knife provided. Bagel, fresh fruit, coffee all good but not great. Pancake machine malfunctioning. Bring back the waffles.

Upon walking in the main door there was a pleasant smell and pleasant employees. First impressions are lasting impressions. Good job on that.

I did hear our neighbors alarms in the morning and our toilet flush was quite loud. Also, our air conditioner was loud. Not sure what can be done on these noise makers other than I used ear plugs to try and minimize sound.

The property was clean and location perfect.

The staff wasn’t too friendly. The breakfast attendant grabbed a cup out of my hand. The breakfast was horrible. They were out of orange juice and water in the machine. The toasters didn’t work well. On the second day the breakfast looked left over like it sat around over night.

Staff was very welcoming. We’ve stayed here at least twice a year since my husband had chemo at Lehigh Valley Morgan Cancer Center in 2020. Everything is always clean and comfortable. We will always stay here.

Had a handicapped accessible room. In my opinion the bathroom wasn’t ADA compliant. Odd high table in bathroom. Lower profile tub but still had to lift leg to enter tub. I believe Holiday Inn can do better than that.

I LOVED Everything. The staff was very helpful easy to comfortable. I Loved the room. So clean and had full sized DOVE shampoo conditioner and body wash i case u forget yours. I loved the this is your vacation vibe. Loved the breakfast! The man there made sure no one felt awkward getting food He made sure u ate, he was very helpful and friendly. I will be back. I will tell everyone to go there when they stay up that way.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast area was congested, especially the mini pancake station. It might be helpful to have a staff member stationed there during high volume hours. Adult behavior towards children waiting for pancakes was atrocious. I witnessed several instances of adults jumping front of children for their food. Disgraceful

Breakfast was good, lots of variety

Seating, the seating was poor at best with little room to move around the tables. Did not like to be watched with every move by the help that stood by the trash can as if you were doing something wrong.

Loved the breakfast, there are so many options for the whole family! There's pancakes, eggs, cereals, yogurt, bagels, pastries, so wonderful! The rooms are comfy. Nice space, bathroom was nice and clean, plenty of lighting and storage space. The staff was nice and courteous. I cannot remember one young man's name, he was wonderful though and so knowledgeable about the area and attractions nearby. Love that Dorney Park is right across the street (do beware of crossing those streets if you do walk there) its a good 5 minute walk because of their parking lot. Everything else (Target, Costco, 5 Below, and eating spots) is a short drive away. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back again!

The only thing I really did not like was that the room smelled like smoke (cigarettes) like an old smell of it. Since it was Labor Day weekend there was no way to get another room. I've been here before so I know not all the rooms smell like that so I think if they know children are staying then please consider giving families a room that don't smell like cigarettes.

Breakfast is very good. Breakfast space room is small for 15 people. Twice, I have to go to my room. Over all is great food.

No complaints about my stay and staff service. Excellent staff.
