The support at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. The kindest woman helped us switch rooms because the noise from the HVAC in our first room was too loud. She was gracious and accommodating, helping us find local restaurants and welcoming us to the area.

Our first room on the 4th floor was under some rooftop equipment and vibrated with tremendous noise.

In the past years we have had complementary breakfast. It was amazing. This year it was $16.95. Way too much to pay.

My father passed away and we were there for his funeral. They left us a beautiful floral arrangement and condolence card with drink vouchers. We were extremely touched by their thoughtfulness.

It was very neat and clean, the staff were excellent.

The drain was clogged in the shower and the breakfast was very minimal for the cost.

great for a quick stopover just off Hwy 78 …near Bethelem and some good restaurants. staff was thoughtful and cheerful ,

When I went through Booking for reservations, I chose this hotel for location and for the fact that it said breakfast was included. I even called the hotel directly to make sure they were serving hot breakfast due to Covid and was told yes. I was very surprised to go down for coffee and breakfast to find out it wasn’t free. That was disappointing.
