Everything in the hotel is new and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens very nice. Breakfast had a selection of cereals, bread items, coffee, juices and hot eggs and meat dishesb, plus waffle maker with 2 different flavors of batter. The eating area was spacious with lots of options for large or small more private tables.

The only small complaint we had is that the bathroom sink did not drain very well...the stopper was not set up to raise high enough. It wasn't really a big deal and would not prevent us from planning a return visit. Also, it would be nice to have a second chair in the room.

Great place every thing was clean, very good breakfast , pool clean, bathroom clean and the room. The only negative thing was that shampoo and conditioner was empty, thank god my wife brought hers. But I still recommend the place.

The front desk staff ladies were both very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was easily accessible from Route 222 with little to no traffic nearby.

The toilet in our room didn't flush properly. There was no one available to fix the problem on the night of our stay. We were offered another room, but since we had already unpacked we chose not to change rooms since we were only there for one night and had access to another bathroom.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The water in the shower was soft which has not been the case at several other places that we had stayed at in this area in previous years. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well kept.

I did really enjoy the staff, everyone was really friendly and helpful. We asked for a portable crib for our toddler, and they even offered to set it up for us! Front desk staff always said hello and goodbye as we entered and left. Thanks, we love staying here!

It would be great if there were more vegan or dairy free options for the breakfast. Oatmeal four days in a row was a bit boring! Also an alternative creamer for coffee would be great. Soy milk/Almond milk or similar.

Room was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very quiet.

Small picky things, the toilet paper holder is behind the door in the bathroom, just kind inconvenient. Placement of the sink faucet in the bathroom, is very poorly placed, water goes everywhere when you wash your hands.

Clean and spacious room, well maintained common areas, friendly front desk team. There is a Giant grocery store right around the corner and a short 3 minute drive and you are in the heart of charming Kutztown....main Street lined with local shops and the University campus.

As is common in the Suites...there is a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave but no dishes or silverware.

The first thing i noticed was how clean the room and the whole hotel was !!!!! very accommodating to the guests. and the breakfast was very good. has fresh food. plenty to eat. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back

Everything about my stay was spectacular, I appreciate the warm greeting I receive when I enter and from the time that I arrive to my checkout, the staff is amazing. I'll only stay at Hilton. The hospitality is exceptional and the facility is spic and span.

What a haven on a stormy night. Extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was new and nice and the room was very spacious. Next time we'll stay 2 nights and partake of the pool and breakfast.
