When I went to check out my refund could not be refunded back to my card. There should have been no issue because it's a Mastercard. When I called my card they also stated there was no issue. Called back the hotel and they won't release the money to my card they have to send me a check. That is bull#%$!!!! The money was taken off the card and it should have been put right back. No reason why I have to wait for a check. I didn't make the hotel wait for the money why should I. Very poor customer service even from the manager

Spacious.

We paid for a suite with a king bed, but there were actually two beds, not king. I asked the young man at the front desk and he said that the app must not be up to date and that all of the suites have two beds, not king beds. Disappointing, for sure. Also, there were a couple pans for cooking, two bowls, and two plates. That's all. There were no utensils or dish soap. Kind of doesn't make sense. No breakfast was a disappointment.

Staff was great. Patrice was very helpful with my husband, who has dementia. She added a chair in our room that he could. She was very efficient. Kim aided with us in early morning when my husband had a fall in the room from the bed rolling away when he tried to get out of bed. She called 911 to get help for him.

The walk-in shower was good, but the floor was a little slippery for a person with mobility problems. The bed was on wheels & was probably not locked, made it move & caused a fall.

The staff were extremely friendly and energetic! Thank you for making my stay GREAT. The cleaning staff go/went above and beyond to provide anything needed. Thank you cleaning staff! Breakfast could be better. The coffee was lukewarm and the prepackage muffins and or dessert were not edible. Breakfast at least should consist of bagels and or toast something more on the warm side.

Security! The door back exit lock was broken, it seems that the staff don't walk around the hotel to inspect the property. The safety was not really there but one must trust GOD and pray for safe satay.

Convenient location right off the highway and only 10 minutes from downtown. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The bathroom door did not stay shut and you could not lock it. You have to pay a $100 security deposit upon check in, was not aware of this prior to arrival. You have to have photo IDs for every adult staying in room. Luckily my kids all brought theirs with them.

The room and the hotel in general were clean and upkept more or better than most hotels I have stayed in! The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable and bedding was fluffy and soft. Everything worked as it should

The toilet was extremely low and small like a toddler toilet. Could hear right through the walls and doors. You could hear people talking doors opening and closing and cars outside people banging on walls or stomping on floors. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room or at least in the lobby

Room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was a large walk in with plenty of space and the water was HOT and lovely! Bed was comfortable and the and room temp was comfortable.

Breakfast consisted of a package of Chocolate Chip Muffins. I'm not a fan of chocolate so another option would have been nice.

I did not have breakfast. I like the quiet and darkness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The availability of Netflix and Prime in the room. It was nice to have the restaurant which offered a small bar-type menu. I like enjoying a cocktail without needing to drive home. The wait person was helpful and friendly.

The outside could benefit from tidying up, like removing an old mattress. This could be a plus or a minus. The Reading Phillies field was a stone's throw away. They have fireworks at 10PM. I was still awake so I enjoyed.

it was at a nice location, we ate at Long Horn Steak House and had Yummy food there and then checked out Legends in the Evening.

they gave me a secound floor room and they do not have an Elevator I would have thought they would of needed one to be ADA compient but I guess they do not get many guest that have mobility issues, it made things very difficult to get out lugage into the room luckily the attendant did help us with some of the items but it would have been a lot easier on the first floor or if they had an elevator.

The rooms were very clean for a budget hotel they definetly get a 10 from me they do maintain the INN inside and out! The bathrooms were cute just needs a lil update on the paint in the bathroom. Staff was very Polite Shout out to Annette wonderful worker!

Those double doors just need to be completly sealed its kinda scary and the bathroom doors need updating and painted just lil minor things!
