The room was spacious and very clean. We were very impressed with how complete the kitchen was and how well stocked ( utensils, pots, dishes, etc). I loved the "Zero" products in the bathroom. The breakfast had several options and was delicious. We appreciated all the places we could sit in the lobby and talk or play a game. The little store also was thoughtfully and well stocked.The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even texting me to see if I needed anything. Although we have stayed at many hotels, none can compare to the experience we had at your site. We only stayed overnight this time but would definitely book another stay for a longer period. Excellent overall!

I think more people need to be staffed in the morning. The person who was stocking breakfast was friendly but really having trouble keeping up. We chose a later breakfast, 9-9:30, and many items were gone ( although restocked after we went thru). Also, more signage would be helpful in the breakfast area i.e. what to do with garbage and dirty dishes ( the garbage was off to the side and tucked away) and how to use the waffle maker( I didn't immediately see the oil that you were supposed to use). Would it be possible to stock wine as well as beer in the store and maybe some salads or sandwiches? Minor issues that did not detract from overall experience.

THE PLACE & STAFF WERE AMAZING IT EVEN RAINED SOME & WE JUST RELAXED BUT IT WAS BIG ROOMS KITCHEN LOVED IT POOL & BBQ AREA WAS GREAT A PLACE TO JUST SIT & READ ...A GREAT FREE WELL SELECTION OF FOOD BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS...MET A FEW VERY NICE FAMILIES...I EVEN MET 1 OF THE STAFF FAMILIES OMG THEY WERE THE BEST NEXT THING U KNOW I FELT LIKE PART OF THE BABY SHOWER GRANDMOM WAS AN AWESOME PERSON I WANT A SWEATER OR BIKINI GRANDMOM ...THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED ......EVERYTHING IS NEW VERY NICE ... BIG BATHROOM BIG BEDROOM BIG LIVING & KITCHEN AREA OR GO OUT SIDE THEY HAVE AM AWESOME SET UP POOL THEN BEHIND THAT DOUBLE SINKS GRANITE COUNTER TOPS ALL OVER PLUS 2 BBQS WITH SIDE BURNER ,LONG GRANITE BAR TO EAT TABLES & CHAIRS & BIG COMPHY SEAT & SIDE TABLES IT WAS VERY VERY NICE I AM ACTUALLY GOING TO DO MY BFF 60TH BIRTHDAY THERE NEXT MONTH & READING PHILLIES IT IS WELL WORTH IT ESPECIALLY FAMILIES SOMETIMES GOING OUT TO EAT IS VERY CROWDED OR EXSPESIVE...It was A 11 OUT OF 10 STARS ABOVE & BEYOND

I thought the front desk customer service at time of arrival was very professional, very sweet, very comfortable and very helpful. The evening front desk customer service was excellent. The morning check out front desk customer service was very courteous and helpful. I loved that Texas Roadhouse was next door and I received a 10% discount coupon that came in handy. I loved that there was a shopping mall right next door. Had I have been staying longer I would have had plenty of choices . I loved that travel to my destination was easy and not out of the way to travel to Koziers Christmas Village.

Not much. The hotel renovations didn't interfere with me, and I thought everything was kept up to par considering the work being done. everything was fine, The contractors were very nice as well. There wasn't anything that I would complain about. I'm pretty honest. I would tell you.

Loved the size of the room/suite. It had a separate bedroom from the kitchen/living room. We had a room w double queen beds. The kitchen was large and beautiful. Had a microwave, stove, fridge, and ice maker in freezer, which was a nice touch! Breakfast hours were excellent, 6am to 10am, which really allowed a lot of flexibility. Check out time was generous as well, 12pm! We went in Sept, so I can't attest to pool as it was closed for the season.

The hallways were a disaster. I did not know there was construction as I booked through an alternate website. Even so, there should have been signs posted such as, "pardon our mess" in the hallways. It was quite shocking to see white power substance everywhere, which we realized was just spackling. We got a room w 2 queen beds... We didn't like that the one queen bed was right up against the curtains when there was room to spare on the opposite end of the other bed. Did not like that there were only thin comforters. I did not sleep well bc of it! Light switch mising or not working for the living room lights..., so it was difficult to maneuver after we shut the light off for the night.

The room was beautiful and clean. The location was great for the things we wanted to do and an easy dinner next to Texas Roadhouse.

My only complaint was I didn't sleep well because I personally need a fan of some sort for noise and comfort. Be it a ceiling fan or standing fan. Not that it should be a knock on the hotel. Everything else was perfect

The large bathroom and kitchenette are very nice. The handicap shower was very comfortable. We liked that there was an outdoor pool and a fitness gym. I like that there are so many convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance.

The breakfast was fair. We were also told there was an indoor and an outdoor pool when there was only an outdoor pool

Location was convenient, off the highway but also quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needed a small table or something to put your clothes on. There was no soap or sponge in the kitchen. We couldn’t check in until after 5pm as the room wasn’t ready. One elevator was out on Saturday.

Location is walking distance from restaurants, and we like that. The room was huge and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The young woman at the desk was polite, but she spoke so fast and so quietly that we could not hear her. It was awkward to have to keep repeating, "pardon me?" I thought that due to the construction taking place, the price could have been lower. I wish they could provide reusable utensils and plates instead of disposables.

More than one days worth of dishwasher detergent. Had to leave dirty dishes in the sink because we used the one pack. Should be enough for each day the person is staying. Extend the breakfast hour. Went down just before 9 and most was empty.

Breakfast was good 👍 decent variety

Ice machines were all broken. The room was too hot. No ceiling fan or any fans. Hard to sleep. On vacation it's not easy to get down to breakfast before 9 am. The shower head was horrible and the toilet handle was broken.
