Quiet. Reasonable rate. Clean. The gentleman tending to the breakfast room did a fantastic job keeping up with the needs of guests and was very friendly. It was nice to see and well appreciated.

Each time we entered our room the key card did not work. Staff said not to put keycard near our phones. We complied, yet they still stopped working (?) Not sure why. Also, furniture in the room had large chunks missing and scrapes on the dressers and side table. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t change with different furniture. It would take little effort and make such a better impression of the establishment. All and all though we had a pleasant stay. This was our 3rd visit, and we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast, the scrambled eggs were like rubber didn’t even try the sausage but they need to offer more variety. There was no fresh fruit no orange juice. The breakfast could be a lot better than what it was especially when you have an autistic child that is a picky eater he went without breakfast the next morning because he didn’t like any of the food I had to stop and buy breakfast for him.

For the most part, the stay was fine. The rooms were clean and the linen fresh. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was satisfying. Only issues we had were beyond the ability of the hotel to fix

A few issues: 1. Hard to find. Once you leave the highway you must go through the lot of a restaurant/truck stop. Hard to see. 2. Traffic noise was disturbing. Nothing you can do when you get a hotel right off the interstate. 3. The air in the room was very dry.

The property is conveniently located just off I-78, though navigating from the exit to the hotel was a little confusing, as it required driving through an enormous truck parking/rest area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. Dinner options in the immediate area are limited; it helps if you like pizza!

Rooms were clean, staff was nice. We only stayed for 1 day (5 hours-ish) total, as a stopping point. But definitely would stay again if in the area. Even with being right off the interstate the traffic noise was nill.

The only issue we had was we could hear a lot of talking (could be thinner walls, or could be someone being loud). But that's the only negative. I would definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and greeted us immediately. We were told upon check-in that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room daily, however, they checked with us each day to see if we needed trash removed, and or clean linens.

We did not like the location due to there not being much in the immediate area to do or see. Also, there were not a lot of places to choose to get something to eat. There is nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

The entire hotel was very clean. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. He was especially kind and attentive to a group of senior guests.

The room was a little worn, but it was CLEAN, which is my highest priority.

Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming. Felt at home right away. There is an excellent little Italian restaurant right up the street as well as a gas station. PS. If you are looking for beer, buy it before you get to the hotel. They don't sell it at the gas station. Great continental breakfast.

Pool and pool area could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was delicious!!! Such a great variety. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was centrally located from what we were there to do. We would definitely recommend.

The only thing is that they were having issues with the pool. It was green. We were looking forward to going swimming. That was one of the pluses on picking that place. We did find other things to do instead.

It location. We had to stop due to snow and they were right off the highway. Softest sheets ever.

Both beds in room 116 needed to be changed. The mattress had divots. The when I slept in it was hard to get out of the different, but you turned over.
