Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one staff member seemed confused that my same sex partner and I were sharing a king-sized bed. Instead of politely asking something like can I just verify you prefer the king-sized bed vs two queen-sized beds? instead, she awkwardly said, I don't mean anything by it, but did you really want the king-sized bed.? When we said yes, we want the king. She repeated, Like I said, I don't mean nothing by it. It made my partner uncomfortable. We found it unprofessional to let us know her personal biases whether she intended to or not. However, nothing could ruin our visit to pick up our new mini golden-doodle puppy! She's perfect! And the breakfast was yummy too!

Loved the location, easy to get to from the interstate and low traffic area. The room was clean, bed comfy, plenty of towels, and quiet. Loved the included breakfast with both days having a different hot breakfast and flavored waffle selection. The lemon and pumpkin spice waffles were excellent. Staff were very friendly, and check-in/check-out was very quick. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this hotel, location was great, staff very friendly, rooms large and very clean, and the breakfast had a lot of variety and was very very good. It is the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Already have recommended to family and friends. Will definitely stay here when back in the area.

I liked my room did not like the beds. Something about the mattresses they are very hard feels like you are sleeping on hay.

The downstairs was better before you had better breakfast there was no mean at all for breakfast. Not the value I was looking for.

They had last minute availability after experiencing a breakdown on the interstate. Conveniently located near I-81. Walking distance to a diner.

No complaints. Lobby/breakfast areas being remodeled but not a problem except for no seating area. A grab then go free breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing. The beds were incredible. The bathroom was huge, soap and shampoo was provided. The television options were amazing. I would stay here again just to get away for a rest

My card was charged before I even checked in. I chose to pay at the property so my card should not have been charged until my arrival

Property well maintained even though having construction on part of the building. Pool nice a little cold even though heated.

Wish it had a hot tub. Booking.Com sent incorrect payment resulting in many phone calls and hold times to get corrected.

Honestly, there’s nothing I disliked. I do wish there had been a little more light in the room. There were three which were great, I prefer rooms a little more fully lit.
