Loved how close it was to hershey park and all their amenities. The ac in the room was cold. Breakfast was tasty. Housekeeping did an amazing job each day with replacing linens and emptying garbage.

There was ZERO ac in the hallways or elevators. The first day of our stay it was like a sauna unless you were in your room or the lobby/dining area. By the second day they got out fans which helped a tad. Now, this was during a HEATWAVE of intense proportions. It looked like they were doing the best they could given the circumstances. I'm not sure if the ac just couldnt keep up, it broke in the halls/elevator or if there simply isn't one. 1 other small thing was that there was only 1 place that would deliver to the hotel. Definitely not the hotels fault, but something to consider if you are without your own transportation for any reason.

The pool was nice, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. I loved the dark out shades for night time sleeping. The outside grounds were clean and we felt safe and secure. The continental breakfast was awesome. There was a wide variety of choices and there was plenty. The hostess employee was super at filling everything back up and very helpful. She was a great morning delight to talk with. Super job!

Being that the hotel is located by the interstate it was a little noisy. It wasn't a problem for us we brought a noise maker machine to run. Just be aware it can be noisy. The pull out sofa couch was not real comfortable, but they usually are not. The couch itself was comfortable just not the bed part.

It was a nice place to spend time with my fiance for his birthday. We enjoyed sitting at the gazebo together and taking pictures at the love bench.

It would've been nice to sit by a fire. Whether it be in or room, by the fire pit, or at the gazebo. All of these places had a place we could've enjoyed a fire but we were told it was seasonal and couldn't use any of it. I also thought we would be about to see the creek with the way the pictures were online. It was a nice view with the trees but we couldn't see any water.

My booking was a last minute overnight stay where my wife and I attended an event at the Hershey facility on a Friday. Friends encouraged us to find a hotel and stay overnight into the next day to participate in a group activity. It was a very busy week in Hershey and hotels were charging crazy amounts for an overnight stay. I liked the fact that Best Western didn't take advantage of us and play the price gouging game. They were far cheaper than neighboring hotels. The hotel was clean as was our room. The staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast was perfect.

The hotel was very clean upon arrival. It was very quiet, too. Breakfast in the morning consisted of eggs, potatoes, and sausage links or gravy sausage with biscuits. They had fruit, fresh yogurt, cereal, and a waffle maker. The pool was a nice size and was down the hall from the main entrance. Overall, a nice hotel.

Older lady at the front desk was friendly, but other staff members didn't acknowledge guests or appear welcoming at all. They also could have fresh water available in the main entrance for guests or a water fountain.

The hotel was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. We did not go for breakfast but did look around and it looked well stocked, fresh and appealing, everyone seemed to enjoy it.

The only one problem i had with the room was that the shower did not have any place to put the soap, shampoo and conditioner. No holder so we had to put all on the floor of the shower, easy solution to fix.

Beds very comfortable. Nice that some items in breakfast room offered at night, I was able to enjoy a hot chocolate before bed.

Couldn't get cold water in the bathroom, always lukewarm. HVAC very noisy, luckily we didn't need heat or A/C, so kept it off. Breakfast was so-so, no meat offered.

I did like the size of the room. It did have a hard mattress. One woman who was bringing out the food at breakfast very nice.

I didn't like going to the lobby and sticking to the floor. The gentleman running lobby didn't even try to clean it, I came in really late and it wasn't busy. I didn't like that the first day at breakfast they had no juice in the machine. One woman was running back and forth filling up stuff, another woman was just standing watching and wasn't very personable. She seemed to act like we were bothering her. The kids went to get drink in lobby later and the next gentleman that was on ran and took juice out the machine so they couldn't get any. Most places that have coffee and juice stations keep them going for the guest which is very nice. I cleaned my room and got towels when I needed them. Put do not disturb sign up on my door and the housekeeping still came in our room.

The breakfast surprised me. It was a great selection! One of the best hotels that I've stayed in with my family for the price and amenities. The indoor pool was a big plus! And only about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. The staff was very friendly; especially the front desk.

The only issue was the double beds. I prefer Queen beds but there was a sofa bed, which was great. At some point, my husband fell off the bed. It's just not big enough for 2 adults, but you can definitely make it work for a few nights. My only suggestion would be to invest in another waffle machine. My kids were waiting to make their waffles for some time. I don't know what it is about vacations and having fresh waffles! LOL.

Very spacious, lots of hardworking and pleasant staff, ran breakfast late enough for people who enjoy sleeping in, everything was clean and pleasant to the eye, located within reasonable distance of many fun and necessary places - but also off the beaten path so there is peaceful country. Breakfast had lots of options and was yummy. Enjoyed the gym facility. Disappointed I didn't make it into the pool, looked very nice. No real bad parking spot with doors at every entrance. Internet ran good.

Shower head hung a bit low and it was a difficult to ever find a comfortable adjustment. Pillows also could've been a bit firmer.
