I loved the smart layout of the room with space saving details and comfort seemingly driving the design. In particular the closet/fridge/microwave was very smart. THe half wall to block toilet from sink, the furniture (smart design, roomy, functional but still attractive) easily reached plugs and charging ports, lights that actually illuminated. It was a very well executed space.

There was quite a bit of dust (i am allergic) on the wall behind the nightstand and on the lamp. Other than that I felt the room was very clean! Also would have loved a dimmable light in bathroom for overnight use (or a nightlight etc)

Place was nice .2nd time here. Everything felt modern beds were comfy. Nice bathroom n great view to see planes land n take off

Breakfast felt cheap n fake but it is what it is. Stayed during a huge soccer tournament apparently didn't know so n there was kids from like 7 to the teens running around crazy no parental control or coaching staff telling them to calm down. Waiting in line for food n kids running between us or parents squeezing their way in without saying excuse me. Just sucked n very frustrating to be around rude people. Not the hotels fault just happened to stay when a soccer team ended up being there. Food Could be better though

The cleanest of it. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better. Should have offer bacon. The sausage was to greasy. There was a limited amount of fiesh fruit. I don't drink coffee but son and his gril friend stated the coffee was terrible. Toaster didn't work properly.

The free breakfast. I didn't liked they didn't served bacon. It would been nice to have girts.

Quiet located literally minutes from car return to the airport. Rooms were clean sheets were clean. The room smelled great, elevator, hallways very clean.

Had to pay to park your car on site at the hotel , wasn’t very happy about that… paid roughly $13 per night for what? Didn’t even get a car wash with it!!! 🤷‍♂️

This hotel is walking distance to the airport. It was extremely clean, the beds were awesome and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. The employee in the bar was great. Apparently there was no cook so not only did he serve us a drink but he also went to the kitchen and made us dinner that was very good.

It’s apparent that they don’t have enough help. The girl that checked us in at 4 was still there the next morning and the bartender had to cook us dinner. They were both great and did everything with no complaints so I hope the hotel appreciates them but does something about getting them more help.

I was very pleased with Zack at the front desk. He was very friendly and personable. He was very polite and always willing to help. I was impressed that he actually remembered my name and treated me with respect. He is very good at what he does

The property was very nice and the room was super. The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter said it was one of the best places we’ve stayed and that’s saying a lot coming from the complainer.

Amazing location just steps from Harrisburg airport. Staff was more than kind, considerate and helpful. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, bathroom roomy.

Phantom TV that decided to come on in the middle of the night, mysterious blinking light and the blackout drapes wouldn't close the whole way.

The hotel was very clean and the ability to control our own room temperature was wonderful. The staff was great.

The complementary breakfast was not great. The food was mediocre and was the exact same 3 of the 4 mornings of our stay.

Comfort of bed and pillows were excellent

The staff member at 1:45 am ( late night) almost did not give me a room because Booking.com reservation was PENDING even though I paid with my Apple Cash a hour before arriving. I was very tired and wanted to go to sleep but the staff said they couldn’t give me a room.
