The desk staff were efficient and exceptional directing us to our room and where we could park. Tthe breakfast staff were handling a large group of people in an efficient and timely manner, The food was very good. All areas in the facility were clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The desk staff was efficient and checked us out in a timely manner. We would recommend this facility to any travelers needing a great place to stay.

The only thing that could be improved was the shower. The shower head could not be moved and the shower door handle was sharp and could cut someone easily. We feel the shower door could be hinged differently to permit easier entry. The door seal was on the outside as opposed to the inside.

Clean rooms, quiet at night and during the day. Stayed Monday through Thursday night. Kids enjoyed the basketball court. Breakfast selection and quality was great. I enjoyed the overnight oat cups. Also Wednesday night happy hour was a bonus.

Only negatives are pool was cold and the fitness room was on the smaller side. Also the hot tub no longer exists.

Before I travel, I do a lot of research. I read reviews, look at everything. This hotel was one that had high reviews, and I can see why. The location is perfect. It's close to everything, but still a decent distance so you avoid the busyness of it all.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Everything was as expected. No complaints.

Breakfast was delicious. Eggs were seasoned perfect and the breakfast options changed day to day which was a pleasant surprise. Karen at the front desk was so warm and welcoming.

If I was searching for something, the pool could be a lil warmer if it’s advertised as a heated pool. The pool area air was warm but not really the water. Having a sauna would be the icing on the cake.

Breakfast was great.....loved the scrambled eggs and fruit. Front desk staff...exceptional! Answered every question I had....very accommodating. Absolutely will stay here again, if in the area! Highly recommend. From this hotel to Hershey.....about 10 miles, and less than 20 minutes. Also...ice container is in the freezer...go to lobby for the ice.

Just one thing....water glasses or cups for the kitchen, in addition to the coffee cups already supplied.

I didn’t like how the front desk person checked us in only for it to be someone else room. And they was in it. Me and another guest had the same name so that’s how the mix up happened, and they couldn’t find my reservation. He looked at my id and still gave me a key. It took him another 45 mins to check us in still. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. And let me not forget how he argued with us the whole time. The hotel itself is nice and clean but the attitude of the front desk person was horrible. I can’t remember his name but I’m convinced he does drugs!

The staff was very friendly, responsive and professional. I was blown away by the tidy breakfast area. Lots of seating and the staff was constantly replenishing the items. The gym area was nice and loved the water station. Appreciated the text messages from cleaning staff. We asked for waffles for breakfast and our request was granted next day!

Would suggest water station on every floor. Hot tub or jacuzzi would be a nice amenity.

I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Bathroom and shower were immaculate. Thank you.

I have to be completely honest, the breakfast needs to be stepped up. Coffee was warm not hot. Waffles should have been a bit more toasted and hotter. Eggs and omelets were too wet. The bagel my granddaughter had was dry and old. Fresh fruit looked very old as well. Not very appetizing. The room's kitchenette should be stocked with a small dish washing soap. Thank you.

It was immaculate and it was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The shower water pressure was amazing and having the suite to ourselves through a group of sex was just truly like the perfect amount of space and perfect pic for our girls trip would definitely come back in the future I would definitely recommend it.

We were in town celebrating our anniversary and birthdays. I requested ahead of time that they do something special. When we entered the room, there were heart shaped balloons scattered throughout the room and chocolates. This hotel was spotless, all staff was kind and attentive!

I liked everything!!!
