We arrived much earlier than the usual check in time due to impending weather conditions. The gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating with our request. He checked with housekeeping who were equally as pleasant . We were given our keys , shown to our room, and we were advised how to prepare our car for the ice storm that was to arrive later that night . We were given free cookies for our room . Every employee we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful and always asking if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything . We were informed of local eateries in the area and given crotons as well. The staff really made us feel welcomed and appreciated!!! Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for accommodations in the area. Thank you staff for a very pleasant stay. Also noted the pre preparation of the salt spread on sidewalks and parking lot was a plus. We felt truly cared for our safety.

Vinny was a great host. We greatly enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff was ready to help refill drinks and throw trash away super kind and helpful.

Only downside that I would say was my family stayed here for five days. Nobody ever came in to get soiled linens and replace towels as their sign said they would after three days. After going to the lobby, though, they provided us with clean linens very easy to work with. Will be back.

Manager and staff were so professional and courteous. Excellent experience and the Manager should be in charge of training of managers at all locations, he is an example of excellence, and you can tell he expects nothing but the best from his employees and they all look happy to be part of his team.

There is nothing about this location, staff, and facility that any person has a right to complain about. if someone complains about this location than thats just the person they are a complainer.

The hotel was clean, intimate, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and everything seemed hot and fresh. This location had all the amenities needed for a quick weekend getaway. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again in the future.

In the most respectful way, the staff was really sweet; however, one of the supervisors (?) was lording over and micromanaging the breakfast distribution and it made me and my husband a bit uneasy. I also witnessed a breakfast staffer be berated by the supervisor (?) for putting too much food out. . Although he may have believed he was being hospitable towards guests, I'm certain most people would want to enjoy their breakfast without being interrupted and offered items repeatedly especially when they've denied wanting it the first few times. Still a great stay and I hope to visit again in the future!

Staff were very friendly. The building was well lighted at night. Everything was clean with no musty smells. We checked in after midnight and had no delay checking in, the clerk was very friendly. I did not have the breakfast, but it looked like a good breakfast option with hot or cold items to choose.

I really have no items for improvement, this was a great stay.

The hotel was clean and inexpensive compared to others of the same class in the area. It had a decent breakfast each morning, which is typical of these box type hotels. The staff was friendly.

The parking lot seemed a little small, but adequate for the size of the building. Some visitors had trailers which took up extra space, so that may have just been a fluke. It was tough to find local news channels due to the Roku / Direct TV set up, but my son loved the variety of other programming (so good and slightly bad).

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Everything I needed was in the room. Staff was friendly and polite throughout my stay. The hotel was located not far away from shopping malls and major attractions available.

There doesn't seem to be enough breakfast for the guests. Had to wait around for a bit in order to get enough breakfast to start the day. Not a whole lot of desk space if you needed to work on your laptop.

The hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The breakfast was a bit disappointing no fresh fruit, but it was the standard continental breakfast. The location was convenient and close to shopping, and food.

The breakfast selection wasn't very nutritional, but your standard continental breakfast. I would've loved more fresh fruits.

Customer Service was wonderful, this is the reason I keep returning, and the manager goes above and beyond his duties to make your stay a great experience.

I didn't like the wind going into the hotel and there should be another safer entrance to the property. the street is busy with tractor trailers from the business park, and the turn is narrow.

The bathroom door scraped on the floor, so it was really loud and we had to push really hard on it. It also didn’t latch properly. This was annoying when trying to use the bathroom quietly when the rest of the family was sleeping.
