Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of linens in bathroom. Love the showers. Bed comfy with plenty of outlets and USB plugs to power our CPAPs and chargers. Very well stocked mini store with food, snacks, medicines, beverages, and spirits. Pool was well maintained. Plenty of shady trees on the property. Convenient location off the interchange and a great restaurant across the street.

Elevators a bit bumpy with abrupt stops.

Cleanliness, staff I especially enjoyed the lady at the front desk she was absolutely fun to talk with made me feel very welcomed and she explained everything I asked about the facility directed to the elevators told where the dining area was also explained about breakfast and parking and was on the 4th floor it was very quiet just what I needed for a over night get away I treated myself it was my birthday gift to me .all in all, I would stay here again and will also tell my family and friends to come stay here to

Everything was great!

This hotel was great! The double queen bed room had space to walk around and not feel squished. I could put all my stuff out and still have room. And get this, it had a microwave AND a fridge! Like a real fridge, not a tiny one. It was awesome for keeping my drinks cold and heating up snacks. Super handy. If you like having space and your own stuff for food and drinks, this place is for you!

No coffee machine

Upon checkout the women at staff would let me split the payment on 2 credit cards when I was told on check in it was no problem at all. The women at checkout was not the same as check in and I was very frustrated and the bill my credit card before I even checked out. Awful communication and she just didn't want to do it.

It was my partner’s birthday, and I didn’t instruct them to do anything but they did something that made my partner smile. They hear you, they understand you, and most specially, they may not be able to do what’s impossible, but they’d do the best they can to make your stay memorable and worthwhile the best way they could.

Convenient location near Route 15N and S. Quiet, away from any road or highway noise. Restaurants nearby. Nice exercise room. Outdoor pool was closed due to the time of year. A pleasant stay with nice facilities.

The front desk staff were exceptional! And personable..other than staff always helpful and friendly.l do think it was the best hotel l have ever stayed in...and l travel a lot!

Property was in a good location and well maintained.

No Electrical Vehicle charge station. I suggest to install a few 110v outlets for EV charging. It will not be a big investment but it will be good for people like me who drive EV.

Good location, clean and well-appointed rooms.

Glitch at check-in; we were checked into a room that had not yet been cleaned. Staff took care of problem right away and reassigned us to a clean room. Also at breakfast please note allergens by the food. Sometimes it is hard to tell just by looking!

The staff was courteous and friendly. There were plenty eateries in the area in short driving distance and in walking distance. It was a very clean and updated hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything met and exceeded my expectations.
