Beautiful facility and well trained, professional staff.

Lighting was awful. Manager should spend a night. Your listing stated that pets were not allowed, but there were 2 dogs at breakfast. I have allergies to pet dander so it seems unfair that they ignore the policy without notice. Price was high but we were willing to pay for the pet free environment. We were disappointed and will not return.

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff at the hotel were. The women at the front desk was just incredible - happy, helpful and kind. The bartender was also a pleasure to chat with and spoke highly of the staff at the hotel. The room we had was lovely and so clean!

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to get up so early and leave!

The suites seemed recently updated and modern. Breakfast was sufficient. I really liked the staff, they all were very friendly. The location was great, central to many areas I needed to visit.

I thought the full window of the sliding bathroom door was odd. Even though it was obscured, still allowed a lot of light into the room, right into the beds. The bathroom also had minimal airflow

Beautiful newer property, well maintained. Clean & comfortable. Attentive and helpful staff. We enjoyed the lobby bar, with bartender Travis where we watched football and chatted with other guests. Given coupons to both restaurants walkable from property. Nice to have a Trader Joe’s walking distance too.

The staff was super friendly and helpful in finding restaurants. The breakfast coordinator was extremely responsive to needs.

The mattresses. I realize this is a personal opinion. However, having traveled and stayed in many hotels with different hotel chains, these were much harder than most.

The location was pretty central to everything we needed. Access to restaurants was perfect. The room was spacious, cozy, and clean. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, so we had to use up our towels every time we showered.

Truly enjoyed the bed's comfort. The closet & extra large mirror were a bonus.

Wishing the bath doors were shadded a bit more as to not wake second person. Did not understand how to notify housekeeping that room was available for cleaning. Ok with reusing bed sheets for two nights, while uncertain of placement of used small towels.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent, and the room was comfortable. Also this was an excellent location close to lots of restaurants and shops.

There wasn’t anything I did not like about the property.

Hotel was very clean! Location was awesome, so many things to do and so many food options within walking distance! Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean!

Price was a little up there for no pool, but we knew prior to.

Excellent property! Easy to navigate throughout!

Bathroom lack fans or any ventilation system! Not a reason to change a rating but definitely a major facility design flaw!
