The Inn's location is excellent: the intersection of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the busy north-south highway, US 15. Despite the nearby traffic, absolutely no noise penetrates what must be exceptional soundproofing. Our Queen Suite was large by any standard, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, though, the room was just a little tired. The bed linens were quite worn, almost flimsy, and the cracks and corners, especially the bathroom, showed accumulated dirt. (We ended up on the first floor, a dog floor even though we had none with us, and floors were linoleum wood rather than carpet.). With these minor reservations, the hotel was good value, particularly given the latest tariffs of the handful of nearby hotels. We paid just over $200 for two nights. Staying at one of the other places would have cost at least an extra $100. We will stay there again, but we will do so with our eyes open and thankful for the economic rates. Breakfast was fine, and the beverage selection in the lobby included coffee, herbal tea, and fresh fruit-infused ice water, a nice touch. The miniature Swiss fruit-flavored hard candies were a surprise pick-me-up as well. Lest the reader fixate on the smatterings of grime and the condition of the sheets, please know that the manager on desk duty informed us that Radisoon was going to do a hotel-wide update, including some structural improvements, in the winter during a slower travel season.

Everything was absolutely outstanding during the 3 days we stayed. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, every single staff member we encountered was helpful & friendly. It felt as though we were "regulars" and that everyone was happy to see us there! The breakfast options were varied and wonderful, I have a child with medical complications related to food and even he was able to enjoy breakfast.

The only "negative", and it was only slightly annoying but was mostly easy to become accustomed to, our room faced the highway so there was quite a bit of traffic noise in the evenings.

This was an overnight on our way down to Florida. The following morning we put items together in a pillowcase and left them on the bed while we went to breakfast. Unfortunately we left them on the bed when we left. We didn’t realize our error until that evening. We called and they could not find anything but advised us to call the next day and connect with housekeeping. This may sound unimportant to someone else but there was a jacket flannel that was a Christmas gift from my daughter I was so heartbroken. We called the following morning I spoke with Ashley and she spoke with housekeeping. They looked in lost and found but did not find anything. They said they would check the room and give us a call back. I appreciated the thought but really had little hope. The following morning I had a voicemail that they had found them! I was ecstatic! I asked them to use the credit card on file and if they would mind mailing it to the address we were staying at in Florida. I received a call a couple of hours later and told me it was mailed. I received it he package today and all was in good orderl It is not always expected that this kind of service is available. I thank Ashley and the other staff that helped in this process. The styling is older but still neat and clean.

Comfortable, breakfast was basic but fine.

I accidentally booked for the 19th and turned up on 12th, a week earlier. The receptionist suggested I rebook and repay, which I did. I was told they would cancel the second booking and to contact Booking.com. But Booking.com said the hotel needed to cancel and refund the accidental night, which they did not do despite saying they would follow up, so I paid for 2 nights and stayed for one. Update: the hotel did later refund the money, which was great!

Room was clean and confortable, breakfast is good, many options, the ladie's attention was very nice, they are adorable persons. Even we are from another country they were very friendly and respectful, we are coming back for sure very soon. There is tea, cooffe, ice and water all the time, the front desk person Andrew he was very professional and the lady at the end as well and very kind. We like it very much. Also the area is safe, no issues at all.

The pool may need maintenance or painting I guess, if so that will be perfect. but there were many towels and the area was clean, just need maintenance.

The entire staff is exceptional. A special thanks to the breakfast crew who provide wonderful food and treat their guests like family. It is truly appreciated. Also thanks to the front desk for super efficient check in and check out. Although I did not have direct contact with the cleaning staff they appear to be doing a great job as well. The room was super clean and neat.

Absolutely no problems to report

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Housekeeping was lax, our bed was never made, I wasn't expecting linen changed during our 4 nights stay but bed should have been made up. Room was cleaned but Kleenex was not refilled, or drinking cups refilled. Breakfast was a pleasure especially the woman in charge, always asking how to be of assistance. Would return if in the area.

Nothing that I didn't all ready mention. Toilet did plug up that we had to notify the front desk about, twice.

I loved everything about it. I will look for them on my travels. You had cold & hot water available, along with coffee. Tea, lemon, honey, jot chocolate available. It was such a wonderful ambiance. The breakfast was such a wide variety of foods. Everything I had was delicious. They let me in a little early as well so I could refresh before attending a wedding. Thank you for your warm, inviting atmosphere. Staff, friendly.

Nothing. It exceeded my needs.

Front desk and stuff was very friendly, big rooms, good parking for our oversized car. Breakfast was phenomenal. I've been staying in places 4 or 5 times more expensive with worse breakfast.

The property and the rooms needs some TLC, but I think this is reflected in the price, it was a good value. The linen are worn out as well as the mattress (clean, but worn out), the towels the same. Also it wasn't the cleanest - there were stains and a used plastic cup in the bathroom.

The location was perfect , the room was very clean and had a great bathtub. There was always hot coffee and hot water for tea available. The hotel was in a quite area with very little foot or vehicle traffic.

My room faced a highway and there was some road noise. The bathroom sink facet had some shutoff issues, I let the staff know when I left.
