The staff were very friendly !! Had some issues during breakfast with other visitors and the staff member we were telling about it said that if it happened again to immediately let a staff member know and they would immediately take care of the situation. Nice breakfast. The beds were very comfortable !!

The only thing that happened was the air conditioning went down and a pipe broke in the middle of the night so there was no hot water either. But, they worked as fast as they could to get it fixed.

The standard size rooms here are considerably larger than other hotels in the area. This hotel is situated in a large outdoor mall with other similarly marketed hotels situated next door. However, this hotel, while not being absolutely new, has much larger rooms that are more suite style with fully appointed kitchens and an above standard breakfast. There's also laundry and a pool table with a swimming pool that's open from 9am-10pm daily. It's also within a reasonable distance from Hershey's if you're looking for a place to stay.

The room was so comfortable, well equipped, and the bed was great. Loved having a sofa to chill at night. The staff was super helpful, and the hotel was right next door to Global Awakening where we were attending a conference. We would definitely stay here again if the prices remain as good when we have to return. Maybe in season, the price jumps up. A great stay.

The omelets were a little chemical tasting, but we needed the fuel in the morning, and it saved us money to have a the option to eat eggs, waffles, and meat. Plus decent fruit.

It's quiet, they have breakfast and the pool is great. The front desk girl who checked me in Kristen was so sweet and friendly. This was our second time, staying here.

They could have been more on top of cleaning the dead bugs around the property. But it was ok.

Hotel was nice and spacious. Breakfast and coffee were a plus. The staff at the front desk when we checked in were very welcoming.

Pool was cloudy and not very clean and it was a further distance from Hershey then expected.

The last time we stayed we had full size Hershey bars on our pillow and two little ducks and bubble bath by the tub. They didn’t do that this time

The rooms had more features than I expected.

The one and only thing that was strange was how well you could hear people talking in their rooms while passing their door in the halls.

This is a nice location and the suites are spacious.

The pillows were a little too soft. They used to offer a dark roast coffee, yet that was not available this trip.

All of it. The room was so comfy, clean, and cozy. Staff was great. Checking in/out super easy. Breakfast.. THE BEST. The breakfast attendants were AMAZING. Super friendly and very efficient. Food was delicious. Fresh and hot with a lot of choices.
