Very clean

There was an unexpected 75.00 fee for potential damages or whatever,it was not on website or posted anywhere in the Hotel ,front Desk clerk was Snarky ?,spoke to The Manager (Rodney Young) he was very rude didnt want us to stay because we didn't want to pay the unexpected fee about that hidden fee that was not posted anywhere .Stayed anyway was told the fee would be refunded on card within 24hrs if there's no damage or smoking in the room.I really think it should have been posted and Mr Rodney did not apologize

The young man who was in charge of the breakfast room did a very good job of maintaining the food and the room. The food was good and nice variety of choices.

The room was very nice and met all our needs. The ONLY negative thing is that the room felt very damp, like the a c worked well but didn’t remove the humidity. The bed felt damp and “clammy”. Also our towels didnt dry completely from one evening shower to the next.

Great location, comfy bed.

I wish breakfast has more hot options or a rotation of different hot options. Vending machine for drinks didn't work. Had to ask for trash to be taken out, bed made , fresh towels.

I truly liked the courtesy of the front desk manager, Paul. He was super friendly and helped me with my dog and made the process super easy for us. The shower was great. Great shower pressure. Beds were comfortable.

Not much room for clothes.

It was fine for a quick stop over on a road trip. Breakfast options were fine

Carpets were in need of a cleaning in room and hallways. The rate was high due to an event in town and the pet fee was HIGH- $50

Good value for the money. The breakfast was not particularly good, however. We've stayed there before, but the pet fee has gone up to $50 for one dog for one night, so we will not be returning.

Employees very polite and nice, the Breakfast well better than 5☆ places! They offered bag breakfast and water down coffee! Comfort Inn had hot breakfast and really good coffee!! Ty for making our visit a good one!!

Lol.. the bathroom light on senor!! When I'm sleeping I don't like seeing any light!! I went to bathrm and that light popped on and forget it I was awake!! Couldn't go back to sleep. But it's all good

Clean and comfortable room and excellent hot breakfast, with eggs, sausage , waffles, yogurt, etc., etc.

Like everything about the hotel.

Staff was friendly, it was very clean and location convenient.

We were only given one room key because they were very low on keys but not really a problem since we did not have to go anywhere separetly.

Breakfast host, Diego was fantastic. Polite, efficient, hard working. Great employee.

Carpet could use shampoo.
