The breakfast was the best I have gotten at a hotel. I had sausage gravy & biscuits, scrambled eggs, & coffee. There were other options including a fresh pancake making machine with a conveyer belt it came off from onto your plate. The room was clean, bed comfy, & AC cranked at 64 degrees when we walked in the room. It also has a Keurig machine in the room, microwave, fridge/freezer, & iron with ironing board.

The water pressure & temperature weren't as strong as I'm used to, but we were on the 3rd floor.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Having breakfast was a money saver for us before going to the theme park.

Our key card wouldn’t work a few times. One time both cards didn’t work we had to go downstairs two times because after they fixed it, it still wasn’t working until the second time downstairs.

Room was spotless and actually very pretty. Breakfast was fabulous. The kids loved the pancake machine. Push a button and two fall onto ur plate. Nice coffee bar was available at all times. Pool heater was broke so we couldnt swim but our spacious king suite was nice to spread out with board games and coloring books.

I was very disappointed the other room I reserved was on separate a floor. I requested to possibly be together. Walking up 4 flights with a bad knee & hip was a struggle. The worst part was the elevator was OUT OF ORDER. The stairwell was like an oven…steaming out!

Beds, pillows, and linens are clean and comfy. Great shower pressure and temperature control. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast closes a bit too early but staff was friendly enough to let me in and pick a few items, like cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, except the hot items which were removed already.

Room that we booked was huge! Bathroom had a lot of room. Breakfast was great and staff were on point! Courteous and nice!

Could have been a little cleaner. Had some hair on the shower walls.

Even with the 4th of July weekend, the staff managed to keep things clean and busted their butts in the kitchen and everywhere else. Our room was great; everything was clean. The hotel attracts a lot of sweet people and families and it was really nice being there with good, courteous folks all around.

Breakfast was excellent. Parking lot terrible. I am handicapped and there was too much ice.

Parking lot. No portals for charging only plugs. Very insulting to be asked for $20 for damage??

Friendly staff, Great pool, and comfy beds.

Bathrooms can use an update, and breakfast could be improved.

My family & I stayed for 2 nights. We slept well with no noise distractions from other rooms and the continental breakfast was delicious!

Our stay was brief so we were unable to take advantage of the ammeneties such as the indoor pool. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!
