I liked the cleanliness for sure! Staff were very accommodating the only issue I had was the food was to be paid in cash only and the door dash driver wasn't allowed up to the room on a different shift bit the first shift they let them up to give me my food.

Food in waiting room was to be paid in cash only and they did not let the door dash driver go uo to my room to hand me my food even though someone else let the driver up on a previous day and also I was able to use my card to purchase food on a previous day... it looks like it depends who is working what rules apply.

It was at a convenient location

When I got there (around 11 pm) the staff he sort of rushed me to give me my key. He didnt give me info like what floor or room he booked me at, tell me that there was free wifi or that they served breakfast and what time. The staff also did not care that i told him i couldn't change the amount of adults staying to one extra and didnt care to think that I might need extra pillow and blankets or towels. For the bed; we had a pillow that was hard and the bed was ok to sleep on

Accommodating. This hotel was in a great location right off the highway. It was clean and met our expectations for our two day stay. Shree was a great host!!! Seriously I don’t think he sleeps. Everything was great!! Breakfast too.

There were a few items in our room upon check in left by previous guests. The room seemed clean otherwise. The sheets in our other room had some stains, but Shree quickly fixed that by giving us an entire new set including the quilt.

The hotel is a basic no frills room that was very affordable. Staff were helpful and available when needed. Excellent location close to freeway.

Waffles iron was useable but only one and had to hold it closed. Another waffle iron would help. Maybe toothpaste and bar soap. We were happy with the cost and would rather no frills and low cost.

The hotel was updated and looked very nice, and the pool and gym were a plus. The breakfast was the average hotel breakfast, but was good and definitely better than no breakfast.

There was only one ice machine and it was on the second floor, and most of the time it had no ice in it. If possible there should be a ice machine on each floor.

Madison at checkin was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked to see the room before completing our checkin, and she was eager to make sure we were satisfied. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room itself was spacious and view was over the swimming pool, which is kept warm. She made recommendations for where to eat, which turned out Great!

The bathroom was a bit small and the light switch was on the outside of the bathroom. The tub and shower were great just the space around door, tub, and commode.

Everything was fine.good location and not too expensive. It worth what i pay.

Everything was fine but we went there with children,they make noise and was complained by one of the guest.i understand we shouldn't make noise but children were uncontrollable.

Front desk staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Staff wasn't paying close attention to breakfast area. When I entered the area at 8:30 the scrambled eggs were almost gone and the waffle maker was not heating properly. The food was acceptable, not a huge selection but okay.

Very good price. Included breakfast. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean. Now the facilities dont have fancy equipment or furniture but for the price, fine with us.

The room was big and the little pool area was nice to sit at.

There were some lingering people that would walk up to me and ask for money or cigarettes outside the hotel.
