This was a repeated stay. It is super convenient to family that live in the area. It is always clean and staff are very nice. If we do encounter an issue, they fix it immediately. They had a water issue that was due to be fixed on Saturday. It was well communicated what to expect. Nicely, done.

This was the first time the continental breakfast was offered to us. It needs some work. The juice machine didn't work and the offerings were slim. Cereal, milk, bread, muffins, a variety of packaged snack foods (Twinkie, danish, etc.), pudding cups, kool-aid drink pouches, were offered. No fruit.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Traveling for a concert and this location was perfect. The price fit our budget for this musical adventure. Most of all, Harry at the front desk was extremely helpful and such a genuine happy person. Meeting Harry alone was a real treat! He is a nice young man who takes the time to be helpful, which is a big plus in today's world when traveling. See you again Harry!

The location is absolutely perfect for us. It saves us from having to get on the interstate for 1 or 2 exits. Everything we need is right there. It is very clean.

Could use some updating. Driveway at the exit is a little rough. Would like to see breakfast being offered at some point.

Breakfast was ok - better than most I have had since the Covid pandemic started. The room was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable and awesome fluffy pillows, all staff I interacted with were very helpful and cordial, and the location was excellent. Motel was very quiet and peaceful despite being close to major roads.

I wish there were hand towels in the bathroom and hair conditioner and hand lotion also. I also wish the doors into the hallways were secured by the room keycard - they were open during the day and also when i went for a rather late evening walk around the building.

Fantastic stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Any issues are fixed Immediately!! Location is exactly where we need to be. For being up against the turnpike, traffic noise is almost non-existent.

We put the "clean room" sign on the door our first 2 nights and the room was neglected. Easily fixed, went to the office and got clean towels. We were then told NOT to put the sign on the door. Room was cleaned every day after.

The guy the guy checking in is very nice and accommodating. The outside was very well lit. The rooms are clean. The sheets are clean. The towels are clean. Very nice from the last time I visited this property. Great improvement well done

Not much of a breakfast - coffee was great - Room was average , bed was very comfy, loved the fridge and microwave. Had a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee or cup, so that was a little disappointing. Overall, a great room on my way to where I was heading. Thanks! will see you if I am up your ay again!

Express Inn never fails to be a fantastic place to stay. The people are super nice and if there is an issue, they take care of it right away. The room is clean and spacious. The location is perfect for us.

Everything about our stay was great. Easily, the mattress and pillows were the absolute most comfortable of any of the hotels/motels I've ever encountered! The staff is very friendly & helpful; they offered early check & overnight checkout.

The poor signage made it a bit difficult to initially figure out the actual location, especially considering the intersection where the motel is but once I found it it was easy to get in & out.

A little more cleaning in the shower wouldn't have hurt but was functional
