Convenient to our destination, located close by. It was clean and tidy, and the pull out couch was made up and ready to go. Breakfast was very nice, with various tasty selections. Easy to unload our luggage with the carrier readily available. Checking in and out was quick and efficient.

The two bedroom suite was just a tad smaller in size than we expected, but it was certainly adequate to meet our needs. There's not much room to just sit and relax all in one space, together, though. (5 of us). The refrigerator was awkwardly located in the kitchen. The bathroom sink facet needed an aerator and splashed all over the place when attempting to wash up. Not a big deal, just inconvenient.

The location was great. Proximity to restaurants was great, and it was right on our way through town. The staff were also very kind. The room was also a good size and well stocked for those who'd have wished for a longer stay.

There were stains on some of the bed linens, and the breakfast wasn't very pleasant.

The property was in a great location, and the rooms were very clean.

We took a family vacation and I am mother of 10 children and really just wanted the hot tub. That’s why I picked this location. The hot tub was broken and I purposely called a head to make sure it was working. The hot tub itself had water in it and it was hot but the Jets were not working. I was really disappointed.

Great breakfast, staff were amazing and the facility was very clean! Pool and hot tub were great after a long day, and location was perfect, far away from the main highways but close enough to stores and gas.

The tv was so dark I could hardly see the screen

Only criticism was the hot tub needed to be cleaned people had scraped “clean me I’m dirty” into the scum along the edge, it was pretty gross

Great location as it was not far from the horse expo and was easy to find. Felt welcome from moment of arrival. Tony at check in was amazing and fun to speak with. Breakfast was terrific and the server (so sorry I forgot to get her name) was just wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Only negative was hair dryer did not work.

Location was convenient. The kitchenette in our room was ideal with two children! Staff were friendly.

The pool was down for a couple of days, which bummed out our boys and was one of the reasons that we chose the hotel.

The breakfast was AWESOME!!! The staff was friendly. I loved the bed and pillows!!! I slept like a baby and I usually struggle sleeping in hotels. The room temperature control was perfect too.

The baggage carry cart was not convenient. It was in completely the different direction from my room.

5 night stay and only had the room cleaned once, had to ask for extra toilet paper & towels. Was told the room would be cleaned every other day.

Beds are comfortable, had a full kitchen, and the bathroom is separated, which being a big family I like!

The pool area is small, but overall, it was fine!
